PH and BodySculpt

Has anyone done a rotation with PH and BodySculpt? I was just wondering what everyone thinks about this. Any response would help. Thanks!
 
I didn't use Power Hour but I used the PS series with the BodySculpt series and got some pretty good results.

Here's what I did:

Mon
PS-CST
Firm BodySculpt
Firm Abs

Tues
PS BBA
Firm CardioSculpt

Wed
PS Legs & Abs

Thurs
PS CST
Firm BodySculpt
Firm Abs

Fri
PS BBA
Firm CardioSculpt

Sat
rest

Sun
rest

I did this for three weeks and lost an inch on my waist, 1 1/4 inches off my hips and 1/2 inch off each thigh, 1/2 inch off each arm.

I get bored pretty quickly, so sometimes I swtiched the Firm's SuperSculpting or their Tough Tape 1 for Body Sculpt.
