Has anyone gone to any certification exam reviews? I'm going to one this weekend put on by Exercise etc. inc. They review ACE and NSCA exams. I'm interested in your imput and if you found these review classes to be helpful. I just completed a 3 credit online personal training class geared towards the ACE exam and was extremely dissapointed. I basically feel unprepared for the anatomy portion of the exam and was also wondering if these courses went over that stuff. Thanks for you help ladies. And by the way, I enjoyed looking over all of the pictures and footage from your roadtrip. I never thought I would be interested in going on one, but after looking at the pictures I think I might want to join in next time.
