Hi all,
I have a quesion regarding certification programs. I'm contemplating getting a personal trainer certification and have been researching different programs. There are sooo many out there that they have me totally confused! I was wondering what certifications the trainers in Cathe's "educated crowd" hold? I know that Cathe is ACE certified. What are the other well respected programs? I've looked into ACE, NASM, AFAA, NACF, IDEA, and a few others. I would love any information you might have.
