Personal Rotation

Good morning fitness buddies,

Today is a rest day on the rotation but I am going to do either a power walk or a light run. I need to get in that segment of CoreMax I missed the other day too.

I have DOMS in my upper and lower body from SS yesterday. I guess since it was the first time I've done this w/o, it was different for my muscles. I also went as heavy as I could on upper body.

Have a great day. I'm working but started at 4, so should be off here at 12:30.

It's a rest day for me too but I just did Supersets. I didn't get it in yesterday (instead did a 1 hour ride on stationary bike).


This morning DH & I are going to Sam's club and Costco and buying healthy frozen foods to fill the freezers and start the new year right! Veggie burgers , salmon fillets, chicken breasts, frozen fruit and veggies.......also for the fridge yogurt, egg beaters, soy milk etc.. Out with the old and in with the new!! Will get rid of all thats left of the Christmas cookies and cakes and muffins and ice cream and fill it with GOOD STUFF!:7

Hi good morning Jane, Becky and everyone who post later. Yesterday was a rest day. Today I will do Turbo Jam cardio party nº 1, Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout, Turbo Jam ab jam and stationary bike. I can't wait to received the new Turbo Jam live workouts.

Hey Check in Friends!

I' ve been away for a few days and busy with family too! However I did not miss a workout, in fact I stepped it up while at a hotel w/ DS and have some major DOMS in legs and abs. Today is PUB up only, and abs. I had two days with no abs to recover, so I'll do it again.My ab workout had MANY controlled bicycles in it and my oblique areas hurt when I sneeze! LOL

I love your plan of "out wth the X-mas food in with the healthy food." We got rid of our cut-out cookis and now we olny have Pizelles left for sweets. Yesterday I made a great pot of split pea soup for lunch with loads of carrots, celery onions and spinach. We keep veggie burgers and salmon vacum sealed in our freezer too!

Hey, a pic of Mariangeles! HOW COOL! Thanks for posting it! I love being able to put a face to a name!:)

Anywho....it's walking lunges and ab work in the hotel room for me later...

Tomorrow is technically a rest day but if I have time, since I'm not doing a full work out today, I will probably do atleast cardio tomorrow and then rest on Monday maybe...we'll see.

I just made a navy bean soup with lots of veggies! :9
We got all kinds of yummy food this morning and are set to start out healthy and at least semi-clean with the New Year!

Today and tomorrow I admit we will do some snacking .......but hey.....it's a holiday!;-)

We went out to breakfast for the first time at the new Original Pancake house and i loved it ! I had blueberry pancakes. There were SIX on my plate but I only ate 2 1/2.....no syrup, no butter and they were AWESOME! I have my eye on the spinach/sun-dried tomato/feta cheese omelet for next time!!!:eek: :p :9 But I'll have to wait awhile for that!

Hey girls,

Had CTX back and abs planned but got back from shopping and had the worst migraine. I was so nausea until I took something for it and then we ate at my grandmothers. Didn't get home till 1:30, but had alot of fun. So today I will combine yesterdays with todays CTX biceps.

I have some serious DOMS in my back from SS yesterday. I believe that w/o "shocked" my muscles in that the exercises were so different than her other w/o's, especially the use of that stability ball. I am sore in my triceps, hamstrings, glutes and a little in the biceps although I was expecting much more in the biceps with those preacher curls on the stability ball, HELLO!


But my back is VERY sore. I've never had DOMS in my back this back before. }( Hey but that's a good thing! I'm just glad I didn't go for that additional 30 minutes of upper body from SS yesterday. I'd been in traction today:p
 
Just finished a 5 1/2 mile run and it was awesome. The temps are in the 50's here today, partly cloudy, perfect running weather. I added a 3/4 mile total warm up and cool down.

Off to the shower and then to the store. I have New Years supper here tomorrow evening for my family including in-laws.
