Good morning fitness buddies...

Yesterday I really felt I accomplished something. I took my tree down, organized a room and closet that had haunted me for months, and I got my workout in.

I did PLB which I could feel immediately! I looked at my workout calendar and although I have done the PLB/PUB combo a few times, I haven't done PLB as a whole w/o since September. No wonder I felt it!

I added the step only premix (35 minutes) from Cardio&Weights. One of my favorite step routines!


Today is Low Impact Step and I do have that one now so I'll be trying it for the first time.


Have a great today everybody. I am heading into Charlotte today to do some shopping. DD and I are going. I try not to go to Charlotte that much but I have to go down there to get my birth certificate since I was born here. Apparently the birth certificate I sent in to get my passport a month or so ago wasn't permissible. It had the seal on it which made it official but it didn't have the date that it was filed. So more leg work!:)

Good Morning Jane, Mariangeles and all who follow!

I've had two days w/o any workout at all and am really ready to get going again!

Christmas day I meant to get in a good walk, and it rained all day and yesterday I thought I would walk outside or at least on my treadmill and I just never got to it AGAIN!!! grrrrr

We DID get the tree and all the in and outdoor decorations down and bought all new storage containers and reorganised all the Christmas storage area of the attic.....that was MAJOR!! Also did some after Christmas shopping at Walmart Supercenter, Target, Meijer and Penneys. None of the stores were all that crowded either. That's a FIRST!!!

I think I'll do PLB and add on todays cardio to catch up.:eek:

Hi Jane, Mariangeles and Becky-

Jane & Becky - Isn't it a great feeling getting everything put away and having your home back to baseline? We are not not there yet. That will occur on New Years Eve and New Years Day here.

Today is cardio and lower body and abs.

The rest of the week I will be away at a hockey tournament with DS so my workouts will be what ever I can manage at the hotel fitness center and in my room. Happy New year to all you check in readers and I'll post over the weekend.

Back to work today, yeehah!!

Today I was bound and determined to do SB. Why does that one have a dread factor for me? After I was done I was trying to figure that out....Oh well..I also did the abs from SJP, same dvd so I figured why not?

Have a great day all. I for one am looking forward to the new year with GREAT anticipation, 2005 was a forgettable year for our family.
 
Hi ladies.

Today is kickbox for cardio, legs, upper body and abs. I normally don't do abs and u/b on the same day but I skipped abs last night when I should have done them so I want to make it up...

I will be using the GS series in some capacity for legs and upper body today and will probably do CTX Kickbox + abs.

Good morning ladies,

Well I am still battling this cold or sinuses this morning but it usually gets better after I take medicine. I am going to do short workouts this next few weeks until I can get things under control. I don't want to overload myself. I will do CTX chest and abs. I figure doing on body part a day will do for right now.

Was going shopping today with dd and her friend but wasn't feeling good so dd is going shopping with friend and her mother. I guess I will go shopping tomorrow.

Yay Phyllis! Planks are a real challenge for me as well and I celebrate whenever I can get all the way through them!!:D

I ended up doing PLB, Abs from MIS, and then 45 min. on stationary bike. I felt like I needed something like that and it felt great!

Now I am enjoying Jane's famous baked apple smoothie. :9

I need to get busy and bake some more apples and sweet potatoes.....
as of right now, my freezer is empty!:(
 
My freezer is empty too Becky. I haven't had the baked apple one in a while. I zapped a sweet potato in the microwave a few minutes ago and put it in the freezer. I have a sweet pot. smoothie tomorrow.

Today I only did Low Impact Step, did it this morning, because I was gone all day. Nothing else for me today.

I'm trying to decide what to do tomorrow in place of Body Fusion since I don't have it. I think that is a fairly easy one isn't it? I am thinking maybe HSTA but I'm going to study the compendium and see what kind of killer circuit I can do tomorrow. I feel the need for a killer w/o tomorrow, perhaps one of the Terminators.

Hello.

Ended up doing a mix n match of GS C&T to cut down on the time and the the floor work only of GS Legs and CTX KB Ab/Plank work...that was this morning. That took me about 90 mins I guess.

Before dinner when DS went down for another nap I did the cardio from CTX Kickbox.

Tomorrow I am planning on a mix n match of GS BS&B and standing leg work only from GS Legs, possibly abs and some step...I have RS in mind at the moment but that could change 50 times before I actually get to it! LOL :p
