Good morning everyone,

I figured I go ahead and get this started before I forget:).
Today I did SJP and 15 minutes on my bike. I'm so sore from GS Legs yesterday;-)(now I see why Cathe has today as a rest day on the November rotation)My legs feel so tired and heavy. But at any rate, I'm done!

Yesterday was GS Legs and AB Hits #1 (from MIS)

Today is rest day on the Nov rotation and I need to clean house so that is what I'll be doing. I will also get in another segment of Ab Hits.

Good Morning All !

I took 4 days off recently and am trying to play catch up with the Nov. rotation, so the plan is today to do GS legs and the 40 min. run. I need to spend some time on the treadmill today anyway, to watch Biggest Loser that I taped last night, so this works out pretty well.;-) That is IF after doing a 67 min. leg workout I still CAN run for 40 minutes!!!:eek: :p

It's very windy and blustery here today with much colder temps. Good day for a TREADMILL run and not one outside!!

Today I will go to another power vinyasa yoga session and will do brief leg workout before hand.

Today is just going to be a run and abs, I think.I am working all day and I don't get out of here until 6:30.When I get off there will be no one home so I will run outside:)

Today is KPC...I'm trying to teach myself step (I've NEVER liked it!!), so will add on the first segment of Mega Step Blast...It's amazing that I was in dance for 9 years (elementary-high school), and even competed, but am too clumsy to do step! Crazy!! SO, a cardio day it is...

Hi everybody!

Today was a rest day on the rotation, but I am moving some things around a bit, so today was Imax 2 and CW abs. Doing that one the day after GS Legs was almost suicidal, but I did it! SJP tomorrow!

I'm back and GS Legs and a 40 minute run are behind me ! YEEEHAW!!!:eek: :7 That was tough and a total sweatfest!!

I've earned a big breakfast, so it's egg beaters with veggies and ww toast w/ peanutbutter for me!!! Yay!

Good Morning Everyone -

Well - I whimped out sort of last night. It was supposed to be GS Legs - but this rotation has so much leg work, that I just didn't feel like more - so I did Low Max instead. I figured that LM still has a bunch of lower body, sooo.. I am also heading to Vegas today for a trade show and have to walk a ton tomorrow - so didn't want to walk a trade show like an old lady after GS Legs DOMS. :)

Luckily today was a rest day - and I will miss Thursday's workout too - so will have to make that up this weekend.
