I figured I go ahead and get this started before I forget

Today I did SJP and 15 minutes on my bike. I'm so sore from GS Legs yesterday;-)(now I see why Cathe has today as a rest day on the November rotation)My legs feel so tired and heavy. But at any rate, I'm done!
