Up at 3:15 this morning to work. I went to bed at 8 last night, so I feel pretty decent.

Yesterday I did a 50 minute run with an additional 10 minute w/u and c/d and then CoreMax #3.

Today is SJP step only and Intervals 1-5 of IMAX2.

It's my turn to have a luncheon and work. I'm not fooling myself, I'll eat more than I usually do, but I'll make good choices (I hope)!

Jane, that was a great run you had yesterday. Did you use the visualization Dutchie told us about?
I did a 30 min run. no abs, which I'm adding today.
Todays workout will be fun! I love the step from SJP and Imax2 1-5 , so I'm pumped to workout today! I'll add cm from yesterday too.

Don't know about your forecast Phyllis, sorry. But in Ohio we're going to have snow today and maybe ice!

As a matter of fact Becky, I did use the visualization technique and it worked! I was able to go at a pretty good clip using it! I'm going to tell Dutchie on the Daily checkin thread, that was a good tip!

Tomorrow morning they are forecasting freezing rain with 1/4 inch accumulation of ice on power lines, trees. That is for the Charlotte area and I am north and west of Charlotte closer to the foothills, so we will get it worse. Makes me glad I don't commute to work. I just hope I don't lose power, can't work then!
 
Becky, I am soooo ready for summer! I do hate the cold. It seems like I go to bed cold and wake up cold!

I wanted to add that I did the SB challenge twice - just had some extra energy today. It is so much fun and not too difficult!

Hi All!

I don't think I've checked in this week yet. My workouts so far have been:

Monday- SJP/SB premix of weights and cardio, the 61" one. I subbed in spinning for the cardio. * This premix includes abs

Tuesday- 200 walking lungs and the dips & lunges with and with out the Step from MIS, & UB from MIS (minus triceps)

Today- legs and cardio, (& triceps from yesterday) & abs too!

Eating has been less than ideal, I need a few good days here to get on track. Then we have dinner out on Friday and I plan on sharing a bottle of wine with DH and a hockey team party here on Saturday. My goal this weekend is portion control. The rest of the time is portion control with emphasis on increasing veggies. Sorry to go on but if I write it I must do it!

I'm back ........just wanted to say SJP Step & IMAX2 1-5 is complete!
What a fun workout! For a step-lover, it really ROCKED!!!:D

Life has intruded and I don't have time for cm this morning but I WILL do it later. Hold me to it you guys!!!

Judy, join the club. I need to really buckle down with my eating. Yesterday I did great all day (clean breakfast & lunch, then got busy and skipped dinner and snacked my way through the Amazing Race finale!!!! Peanuts, baked chips & hummus, pretzels, not HORRIBLE choices , but TOO MUCH and TOO LATE in the day!!!;( )
Let's encourage eachother. You want to enjoy your wine & party completely, w/o guilt, so that's a great goal. We can do it !!!

I am bracing for the weather here in Ohio also. Yuk, just when I really need to do alot of running around too!
Anyways, today was SJP Step and Imax 2 1-5. I also did the abs from C & W. I think tomorrow is going to be MIS, then aerobics on Friday and maybe HSC on Saturday, just to mix things up a bit.

Today I did Cardio Coach Vol. 5 using my treadmill...it's a great workout! I'm scheduled for a pilates class later this evening, hopefully it's not too cold for me to leave home ;)

Hey guys, don't stress too much on eating this month. Check out the clean eating thread today. As of tomorrow, we are modifying it. There is no way we can be strictly clean this month! It would take all the joy out of it.
