LowMax for me yesterday. That one is a leg burner!!

Today is IMAX3 since I am following week #2 of the Nov rotation. Becky, I saw you were undecided. Want to do IMAX3 with me?:)

That is NOT a favorite of mine, but I decided I would choose some of the harder ones for this time off of a rotation (yesterday was The Viper), and Imax3 IS hard for me......so I'm game! ;-)

Great Becky!!! I was planning on getting up at my usual time about 5:15 this morning but woke up at 2 and couldn't go back to sleep!!!! x(

I just got up and started work at 3:30 again but hopefully I'll sleep tonight!!

I don't think I'll sleep through IMAX3 when I do it around 3 today when I get off work!!! I just hope I don't trip all over my step!

Phyllis, tomorrow is MM on the rotation but I don't have it so I'll be doing ME tomorrow.
 
Hey ladies,

yesterday I did LGand PS floorwork,20mins of low impact kickmax and stretch max. Time flew by doing these. Today is S&H back and abhits.

Jane and Becky,Imax3 is a wild workout! So have fun!!:)

I have dumped the November rotation officially...until Monday atleast... ;)

I want to see what rotation comes out for December and then I'll decide what I'm doing...
If I don't feel like doing December's I will do November again since I failed miserabley at it this month! :eek: :eek: :eek: LOL

Amazingly enough, somehow through all of this starting and stopping of work outs and flip/flopping of good-bad eating I have managed to keep my weight down and even lost some body fat!?! It's amazing how a body works at times...I just don't get it! But atleast THIS time I'm not COMPLAINING about it! :+ :p ;)

So anyway....want to do some weights today and a bit of cardio also if there is time. We'll see!

Well, I'm off to see if I can figure out how to get the envelopes for my Christmas Cards printed off instead of having to hand write them!

I have been flip-flopping bad also and hope that I can finish this one. I know I won't do DEC. rotation cause I think she will have fat burning this time also. AT least you have been able to keep your down, I can't say the same!;-)

Hello check in readers :)

I see it is hard to stick to a rotation this time of year, but at least we keep exercising regularly.

To all who have experienced the irregularities in workouts and eating, I have noticed in the past that this can actually boost metabolism. I'm not suggesting a yo-yo pattern but more of a zig-zag of intensity and calories. If it happens by accident, somteimes it can be helpful.

The last two weeks my WO have included 2-3 circuit workouts per week and 2-3 cardios and some yoga. I will try for 2 circuits this week and 3 intense cardios at least 2 interval, and a yoga.

Hi Again Everybody and a big THANK YOU to Jane!!

I was kind of grumbling about doing Imax3 today (not a fav. of mine), but I knew I should and it's always better when someone is doing it "with" you.........so I did it and I'm SO GLAD!!!!!!!!!!!
I did it and I feel great! Even added on abs from LL and Power Circuit from CTX!!! YAY!!!!:7

Now it's your turn Jane....:p

Today was PH, as I am currently on a December rotation posted in the rotation section, at least until Cathe chimes in. It looks really good, lots of mixing and matching, but alot of emphasis on muscle endurance.

Have a good day, everyone. This is such a hectic time in our lives, I really think we should all give ourselves a huge pat on the back for staying focused on our workouts!

I am doing a run today and abs and gymstyle C&T. Also will do a SS workout. I too will be curious to see what cathe puts out for december.

Good Morning -

Last night I decided to do KPC (but only did the 2nd combination) and GS BBS. I think I am going to do a combination of the November rotation with the upper body from the October Rotation. I figured that the December rotation will be out and will look at starting that on MOnday.

Tonight will be Low Max and GS Chest and Tris. Maybe I will consider IMAX3 to join you ladies... Will see how I feel after work! :)

I'm checking back in here because I wanted to shre my great work out.

I did Low Max, but after interval blasts 2,3,4,5& ,7 I paused the DVD and did one upper body section on PUB 3 sets @ moderate to heavy weight x 16 reps. So Every upper body area was hit. It was awesome total body, interval circuit workout!!! I will definately do this one again. it will post it in the DVD section.

Good evening ladies.

Ended up doing ME upper body premix (sans ab work) and power circuit abs. By the time I was done with the u/b work my arms felt like wet noodles! LOL I was trying to write down the weights I was using as I did the exercises and my hand was shaking! That's how I knew I was getting a good work out! }( }( }(

Didn't really have the time for cardio today...

Good work Wendy and Judy! IMAX3 is done!!! I'm not sleepy anymore that's for sure!!!

I may add on a short UB w/o with some abs. Can't let Becky get ahead of me now can I?;)
 
Just finished S&H back and abhits(powerhour abs). It is good to have it over with cause S&H for me can be what you say toooo slow! It's supposed to be that way but I'm putting up with it.
