Personal rotation - Tues Nov 15

Hi Everyone,

I was planning on doing lowmax this morning, but I am not feeling very good at all. I will be taking today as a rest day. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

Great workouts ladies, I feel left out today since I didn't do anything.

Becky- I hate the migraines. I am glad to have you here working out again. You should be very proud of yourself.

Terri-I had great results using the SS.

Anne- Tomorrow I will do GS legs. I will add the TJ 20 minute workout. I do the 20 minute workout almost daily . I love it.

Jane great workout. The Viper is a very long workout.

I have just done CM, TJ cardio party nº 1 and TJ ab jam.Later I will ride my stationary bike. See you tomorrow.

How has everyone's day been? Mine has been okay except for sounding like Kathryn Hepburn when I talk. Ha Ha! But i feel fine so i will attempt to do PS upper. Right now I have to pick up my son from BB practice and then exercise.


Judy-They told me I could do the stationary bike and then later said that it was doing something to my heel. It was a big word so i can't remember it. Right now I'm at a stand still, I'm not getting worse I'm just at a stand still. But I have improved in the last 3 weeks because i've laid off of everything. I have little tears in my achilles heel and it will take a while to heal. That's why I say don't wait too long. Well I will ramble all day about this, so if you want to compare notes PM me.

Finished my w/o. GS Legs... I'm going to be sore tomorrow!! It'll match my upper body from the Viper yesterday. I also added AB Hits #1 (from MIS).
 
Wow... You are an active group! So glad I joined you!

I'm in an all week training session so am really looking forward to my workout tonight. Today is C&W. I had a great Imax2 workout last night. So glad I took Sunday off !
