Personal Rotation - Sunday 12-11

Today is rest day on the rotation and I will probably take it. Have a lot to do. DH's uncle passed away yesterday and I need to go to the home today. He was 80 years old and has had Alzheimer's for the last 15 years and really just not there at all the last 8 years or so. This was expected but still hard on the family. His wife has nursed him at home all these years. I am most worried about her, she is going to be lost without him.

I hope y'all have a great Sunday. Off to get breakfast, then church.... etc. Slept until 9 this morning and went to bed 11 something last night. Feel decent now!

The wedding was beautiful. It was a candlelight Christmas wedding, breathtaking.

Hi Jane,

So sorry to hear about the death in the family. This time of year makes it especially rough to lose a loved one.

I plan on doing Kickmax later today. It's ony 8am here and I am reading the paper and drinking coffee.

Today is a rest day, but I took mine yesterday so today I will walk on the treadmill or ride the bike.

Hi Ladies. My condolences Jane.

Today was HC extreme#2. I commented to DD that I was positive that Cathe was trying to kill me! The Kickmax challenge at the end does me in! Boy, do I feel worked out!!
