Good morning!!!

I did MIC step and 200 walking lunges all at one time last night!!!

Today I am going to try to fit in Body Max all weight segment only and probably a session of Ab Hits to take care of the core. I hope to get this in, busy busy busy day ahead.

OH.. BTW .... today is my 26th wedding anniversary!!!
 
Wendy, I read your last reply to the Personal thread last night and I think you SHOULD toot your own horn. You are working hard and it is paying off, you should be PROUD!!! You are probably a little heavier because I'm sure you've added muscle. Go with your measurements and how your clothes fit, not so much with the scale when you are this close to your goal.

Jane- Nice workout yesterday! 200 walking lungs are always an accomplishment.

Wendy- I read yesterday's comment too! You should toot your horn. That helps everyone :) And we are so proud of you!

Ok- Yesterday's circuit/ LB choice was Circuit Max, with lower body only and increasing reps on LB exercises. I also did the planks.

Today- needs to be Lower body and abs. I may do Freestyle exersies on my own, or PLB w/ light weights after Wendy gave me the incentive!

Jane, 200 walking lunges is definately an accomplishment ESPECIALLY w/no rest in the middle! I did 100 with light weight the other day and almost died and then only 50 non-weighted today and YIKES what a burn even with so few! :eek: }( :eek:

Judy, have fun with whatever work out you choose!:)


I just got done with u/b blast from super sets, 50 non-weighted walking lunges and plb stability ball work. No time for cardio right now...hopefully I can squeeze that in later. I too have a busy day ahead. Jane is making me feel guilty now for not doing more walking lunges today :p ;) and if I had time, I would go lunging around the house for atleast another 50 but I have just enough time to have another cup of coffee and then I have to get Joey up and start our day. Maybe I'll add them on later w/the cardio I'd like to try to do!:)

I don't want to, but you've convinced me to start doing some walking lunges too! Thanks Friend! LOL!

I have a 40 min. walk/run and abs today so I'm deciding if I want to brave it out and get out there or just do All Step. It's not too bad outside, but we have a fresh covering of snow and I'm afraid I won't see ice underneath. All I need is to fall and hurt myself and not be able to work out! HEAVEN FORBID! LOL
My aunt slipped this week and broke her ankle. I feel terrible for her. She had to cancel our family's Christmas Eve dinner. So I'll be working 8-4 and hanging out myself while SO and the boys go to my MIL's. That's ok tho. I'd rather be alone than endure that!

Hi Everyone-

Happy Anniversary Jane, 26 yrs is something to be proud of.

I went on a field trip with my son's 4th grade class to a history musuem. I also did more christmas shopping and wrapped presents. No, I did not workout yesterday but I really got a lot accomplished.

I promise to workout today, I just don't know what workout I will be doing. I really need to do cardio and wts so Bodymax is sounding good right now.

Hello everyone,

Didn't post in the last couple of days due to this crazy holiday and still haven't gotten a hold of my eating. the exercising didn't come till today and it felt good! I did LM warmup and only 2 of the blasts. My endurance is worse than I thought it would ever be! I did alot of improvising and made sure I didn't put full weight on foot.

Even though I haven't got a hold of my eating I am really trying. But I think it is impossible this time of year! But I'm taking things slowly and soon I will have the whole package put together!

Was going to do CTX upperbody today but made the mistake of doing LM first and that zapped me! So tomorrow will be ctx upperbody and maybe the bike, not for sure yet!

Hi Everybody and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY JANE!!!!

Today was a rest day, but I did fit in a walk this afternoon. It felt great after a morning of shopping and an afternoon of baking.

Kim, don't be too hard on yourself, I really believe most ppl struggle at least a LITTLE during the holidays......too many good things to eat right now! I know!

Thanks Becky, Kim, and everyone for the anniversary wishes.

I just finished Body Max upper body weight segment and did the abs too. I started with the warm up from PUB because I didn't want to fly into that upper body w/o without a warm up.

Tomorrow is a rest day. Then Monday I'll be back on track. I took Saturday's rest day on Thursday when I lost power.

Off to the shower, then watch a little TV with DH.
