Good morning all!
Hey, Jane I beat you this morning. Did you sleep in? Ha!

Gym Style BS&B for me today. Those concentration curls are tough. Today I got that nauseated feeling from them. I guess I haven't been doing enough strengh training.

I decided not to follow Cathe's rotation this month. I'll decide week to week what I want to do. As the month moves on, time may be shortened and I'll do Ctx style.

Good morning Phyllis and all of my other fitness buddies....

LOL... I did sleep in until 5:15 this morning Phyllis. No early work start for me after my 12 hour work marathon yesterday. I'll be off tomorrow and it can't come soon enough.

I wound up taking a rest day yesterday, just couldn't muster up the energy to do a workout after my day at work yesterday.

Today is PP and I don't have it. What I have planned is not an express workout but I am off tomorrow and can work out a little later than I normally would tonight. Unfortunately, I have an appointment at 4:30 this afternoon and no time to work out after work before this appointment, so I'll have to do it later.

This is what I have planned..... PUB/PLB bonus combo - 1 hour and Interval 1-5 of IMAX2 - 33 minutes.

I need some cardio!

Today starts the Dec. rotation for me and I am doing push/pull and adding some cardio. Not sure what yet.

Good morning everyone,

Starting the December rotation today. PP on the schedule, but I threw in Hi/lo Heaven segment 2 ( 30 ) minutes, then did PP. If I have the time, I will utilize it.
I hope everyone is off to a good start today, have a great Monday..

Conni, I'm doing the same thing, if I have time, I'm piling it on.

I just finished PUB/PLB and IMAX2 intervals 1-5.

I'm off tomorrow but not sure if our weather is going to cooperate for that 30 minute run, I may have to use a blast only premix to sub. I've never done one of those before and I think I'd rather do the run in sub-zero temps!

Hey girls!

Today I did

L&G: my own 30 mix for lower body
CTX: Kickbox cardio only (no arm drills)
BM: Upper Body work

It took about 90 minutes and it was GREAT!:)

Tomorrow is cardio, lower body and abs.
