Good morning fitness buddies....

Yesterday was a rest day and I enjoyed it.

Today is CTX week. I don't have CXT so I'll be using the Body Blast Timesaver which is essentially based on the same principle as CTX.

Today since we do any CTX cardio of our choice, I am going to do PowerMax for the first time. I just got this DVD. I am anxious to try it since I've seen so many good things about it posted here.

10 minutes of Ab Hits to finish it off.

Good morning Jane and all who follow. Jane, how was PowerMax. I haven't done it in so long that I forget! I didn't realize that it was available on DVD.

I did CircuitMax today. I'm taking some portions from an old rotation by Jillybean. It is a DVD mix rotation. I'm adapting it to myself and changing a couple of things. Have a great day. Phyllis

Good morning Phyllis.. I'll do PowerMax this afternoon and I'll let you know how I like it. It is on the DVD, Cardio Hits, along with Step Fit and Step Works.
 
Good Morning Jane & Phyllis and all who follow,

Powermax is good Jane, but you still need to invest in CTX. It was one of my last holdouts and I really love it. It is perfect for this time of year when time is short , or I like to use it to mish-mosh workouts too.

So today is a CTX workout - haven't picked which one yet, and 10 min. abs. Yesterday was a rest day but I ended up walking almost an hour with dd and then later in the day dh and I walked for about 45 min. It was really cold & while dh & I were walking it was snowing......but it felt good. I hate the cold so I was bundled up almost like that kid on A Christmas Story!!!!:p


Jane-I'm making those cookies today.

Good morning - Phyllis, Jane, Becky and all who follow :)

I did Gilad at 5am this morning and teach step aerobics tonights. I had a relaxing weekend, but this week is going to be a whole different story. Meetings and celebrations everywhere. I'm going to get my workouts in, though, they have become very important and a great stress reliever.

Hey jane,phyllis and becky,

Well I posted CTX upperbody all weekend but didn't seem to do it, so I am going to try it again today. I think I am scared of that tape where it is a tough one after not doing weights for a while. If not that I will do one upperbody tape today after work. Maybe even the bike or something.

Also ate at MIL for a christmas dinner and didn't eat worth a darn! But I'm not beating myself over that one.

Hello !

I need to get going here. I was side tracked by the forums and catching up on threads this morning, and then by a longish phone call from a friend.

Now I need to get down stairs and get that workout in.
Yesterday's WO: PLB with hi reps & low weights. I did 16/14/12/14/16 reps for all exercises and went about 70% of Cathe's weights. tough! plus 400 varous crunches.
Today will be floor legs, Upper body, abs and cardio if I don't run out of time

Hi everyone!

This is CTX week, but I don't have all of them. I decided to do All Step but my tape died during the warm up. I just got it from the clearance sale, so that was kind of a bummer, but then I did some quick thinking and subbed Christi CC step portion, which is 30 minutes, then did MIS shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs and stretch. This should set me up for the rest of the week. Tuesday - Step and Intervals with chest, Wednesday - Power Circuit and abs, Thursday - Cardio Kicks and abs, Friday - Leaner Legs and Coremax 1, Saturday - Step Blast and abs. I think that should cover it!

This is going to be a crazy week, good luck everyone!
 
Conni you did well today, and you are ready for the resto ofthe week. It's good to see otherpeoples pland wroking out.

I am finished now with today's WO. I changed my mind and did Muscle Max, but went lighter on legs since I'm trying to fit them in every day. They were burning during the leg press w/ bands. It think tehy are fatigued form my hi rep low weight PLB day yesterday!

For my cardio today I did PowerMax for the first time. Boy is that a burner. I really like the music, takes me back!

I did the PS Back, Biceps, and Abs segment that was on the Cardio Hits DVD.

Off to the shower now. I feel thoroughly worked out!
