Personal Rotation Jan 7

Good morning ladies,

Well I didn't exercise Thurs.or Fri, not because of laziness but for stupid toothaches and daughter being needy for closeness time. She is 14 and still needs close time with mom and dad. Her brother spent the night with someone and she had nothing to do. So she curled up in bed with me and we watched a movie. The seem like Mr.Jeckel and Mr.Hyde sometimes huh?

So I have to do some cramming in exercising this weekend. I will do PUB,PS back and shoulders with abs. And tomorrow I will will do PUB,PS triceps and biceps with legs.


After eating out with a friend today and watching the BB game I will start on this exercising. GO TARHEELS!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for starting the check-in today!

A 14 year old who still wants to hang with her parents seems an oddity to me but that's what makes it EXTRA special! I'm sure you were thrilled to spend that time with her! :+ Come to think of it...I actually was NOT one of those teens who never wanted to hang with my mom either. I've always gotten along with my mom. I was not a bad kid though so maybe that's why? LOL :p

Anyway, I have DOMS like CRAZY in my thighs from yesterday's work out! }(

Today is Mix It Up and some more Cathe cardio. I hope Mix It Up doesn't go heavy on leg work!:eek: LOL

Hey Kim, I have one of those. DD still wants to spend a lot of time with me and she just turned 23. We talk several times a day on the phone. When she is at school (she is a high school history teacher), she will e-mail me and since I am working, she will send a TXT message to my phone telling me to look at my e-mail. LOL....

We are more like best friends now. She tells me everything and she always has even when she was a teenager. It is nice. I would wish that for every mother who has daughters.

HCXtreme #3 for me today girls. TTFN
 
Hi Gals - Kim I also didn't WO Thurs or Fri, but I cam back today. I did HCX #1. I'll start week 2 of Jan rotation tomorrow, but I'm dreading those lunges. I'm not sure how I can get 400 in! I'm going to be exhausted after HCX too! Well, I'll give it a try.

Jane, I noticed that you post on both personal and January rotation. Just wondering why? I was thinking about posting on Jan as well since I'm trying to adhere to it.

LOL.. Phyllis.. it seems I post everywhere!! :7 I just like to touch base with everybody. The personal rotation thread morphed out of the rotation thread for that month back in Oct sometime when some of the ppl posting on that thread wanted to continue to but wasn't following that month's rotation, so we changed the name. Someone started a Jan. rotation thread this month so I just post one of those now if I'm the first one. There is always the daily checkin that is the oldest running thread and different ppl on there too I like to touch base with. Just post on any and all you want to Phyllis, I do!:) :) This January rotation is getting pretty nasty isn't it. I'm on track with the rotation as Cathe wrote it so I'll be doing Saturday's w/o today. I, too, saw those 400 walking lunges and 500 situps AFTER yet another HCXtreme w/o on Monday. Do you think that was a misprint??? :p
 
Jane , Ha, I don't think it's a misprint. As my kids will attest, I sometimes swear that cathe is trying to do me in!! I'll give it a t ry though. Was thinking about subbing a terminatore WO instead of HC just for some variation. Whaddya think? Phyllis

By the way, where can I get a chapter breakdown of the terminator?
