Personal Rotation - Jan 6

Hello fitness buddies.... what's planned for today?

I'm still following the Jan rotation and due to a busy afternoon/evening today, I got up at 4 and got IMAX3 done. Not it's not fun at 4 a.m.!!!

Wendy, whatcha got cooked up today huh?

Kim, hope you are feeling better.

Becky, I've sure missed you!!! Becky been under the weather, I hope she gets better soon. I miss my partner in pain!!

Hey Jane...

My whole January rotation that I was workin' on "flew the coop" now that I have the Slim Series. LOL No time like the present to try something new!:+ I am in serious need of "shakin' it up" anyway and I think some lower intensity stuff will be a good thing for the bod soooo...

Today will be Firm It Up and 30 min of Cathe cardio.

Maybe after I finish this rotation, I will consider giving January's a shot....MAYBE! LOL :p

Okay, now that I have gotten THAT off my chest LOL...I am off to do some stepping for cardio. Going to keep the impact to a minimum this month I think...let those poor knees rest...ofcourse, I'll probably HAVE to throw in an IMAX on occasion just to mix it up a bit!:p

Hey all - I hav been alittle under the weather so nothing has happened the past two days. I hope to get back to it tomorrow. I'm not sure which day to pick. I did the first 3 days of the rotation. Any suggestions? I was leaning toward the hardcore extreme circuit WO. Phyllis

Hey Phyllis, sorry you've not been feeling well. Why don't you just jump in where we are with Saturday's w/o tomorrow and tack the others on at the end. No way to double up w/o's on this rotation IMO!!

I am not doing the Jan rotation but I agree w/Jane...doubling up on w/o's in this rotation is just sheer INSANITY! That's like 3 freakin' hours of cardio in one day! WHOA~LOL!!!}( :p }(
