Personal Rotation Jan 12

Hey ladies,

Today will have to be a light day w/standing legs with ankle wts of Legs and glutes. Will add on yesterdays abs for today. Supposed to have tri's also today but have son's ball game today and will be strapped for time.


Will check in this afternoon.

I missed my work out yesterday. It was a long day.

Hopefully later today I will get in yesterday's work out.

Okay, so no time for yesterday's work out today either!x(

I DID, however, get a work out of some sort in!

Low Max w/u and intervals 1-3
Imax 2 intervals 1-3 and cool-down/stretch
260 crunches (upper abs, lower abs, obliques)

Will try for THIRD time tomorrow to get Tear It Up in along with 30 mins Cathe cardio! They say the 3rd time is the charm! I can only hope! ;)
