Yesterday was SJP and I had fun with that one. Today is IMAX2, two great w/o's in a row!!

Good Morning Jane and all my other Fit Friends!

Yesterday I did a premix cardio and weights from SJP/SB, coremax 3, stretchmax 3.
Today it's IMAX2, one of my favorites!!! Yay! I'm looking forward to cranking the music and GETTIN'BUSY! :)

TGIF to all !!!! I'm so happy the weekend is almost here!!!

Good morning fitness buddies ,

I guess, I'm early again so here goes--- first can I say TGIF ?

I did CM segment 3, for some reason I have problems with the stability ball portion of this one--if my acid reflux is acting up--I feel like I'm going to choke . I must not be on the ball right.
Anyway, I did a segment of Denise Austin's new Hit the Spot Pilates "Power Abs" it's only 9 minutes long. Then, I did a 50 minute run on the treadmill plus segment 1 of Total Stretch.

Morning everyone!

I took yesterday off - (2nd day off this week) but went out to dinner with my friend :) Had a WONDERFUL time.

My goal is to do BOTH PLB and PUB tonight. (Not sure if that is possible)

I'll check in later today to see how everyone did and hopefully get the motivation I need to do 2!!!

Hi Katrina! Stability ball work is a challenge let alone if you suffer from acid reflux! Sounds like a well rounded workout!

Yes you can do both workouts Robyn. Or at least some of each one! LOL. So glad you had a good time with your Friend. That's great.

I am doing L&G's AGAIN and 10 min. of Ab hits. The Aug. 04 rotation does the same leg workout 2x in a week.

Good Morning,

I am doing some switching around on this rotation, next week looks like a bit of a time hog in spots, so today I did CTX Upper Body, and ab hits. Tomorrow I am doing Franny Cardio Parties for my 40 minutes aerobics, and Coremax 3.
Sunday is going to be CTX All Step and stretchmax 3 ( I just did SB last week ), and Monday will be SS as scheduled.
I hope everyone has a great weekend, Turkey day will be soon upon us!
 
IMAX2 is done ! I just love that one! It flies by and I love the music and everything about it !!! }(

I thought about adding upper body work because I think this rotation is lacking.............but just felt so wonderful and happy when IMAX2 was done, I showered and am gonna go fix a smoothie for my reward instead!:9

Today is IMAX 2, yesterday I did SJP, cardio party nº 1, the 20 minute workout, the burn part of TJ learn and burn, the upper body segment of Quick fix cardio kicks and stationary bike.Tomorrow I will have a rest day. On Sunday I will do KM (to substitute the 40 minutes of running) the segment 3 of CM and the 3 segment of SM. Have a great weekend everyone.

Hi Everyone,

I haven't worked out since Tuesday and am feeling like a sloth. I have been sick and am still not feeling good. I'm resting again today. Maybe tomorrow will be better for me.

Hi again, Diana take care, my workout is almost done. I have done IMAX 2, TJ cardio party nº 2 and pilates.Later I will use my stationary bike. Have a great Friday and a happy weekend everyone.

I'm sorry you've been sick. You are very smart to listen to your body and rest and give yourself time to get better!! Good job! That's not always easy to do.
I hope you feel better soon.
 
Hey girls,

I missed posting in here this week. I have really been battling this cold and it is kicking my butt! It is getting alittle better but still have laid off exercising. I am debating on starting this weekend or giving it till Monday. I have never been sick this long! It's been since last saturday.


Hope everyone is having a good day, and hopefully I can join all of you when my body permits.

We've missed you too Kim !!!

There is a NASTY cold going around where I live!! And everyone says it completely wipes them out! My dad has it and both my daughters. So far (knock on wood) , I haven't gotten it. I am using Airborne to try to help me avoid it.

I hope you start feeling better fast and don't push too hard on the exercise once you start back, even though it's tempting!!
 
I'm so sorry y'all are sick Diana and Kim. Get better soon. Don't exercise until you recover, your bodies need rest to repair.

IMAX2 is done!!!!! I AM PUMPED!! I LOVE THAT WORKOUT!!! Yes, I know I'm yelling.:+ :+ :+

Going to get ready now to go out to eat with DH, daughter and her boyfriend who will soon be her fiancee! She has looked at rings and he knows where it is. She doesn't know when the big day will be though, she's only told him she doesn't want it on her birthday which is Dec 21st or any holiday. She wants its own special day. I am so excited for her.

I have to work this week and Mon, Tues, and Wed but I'm off Thurs and Friday so I'm not too bummed about it.

I am just a few pounds shy now of shedding my vacation pounds. I figured it would take three weeks and it still probably will, those first pounds drop off pretty quick the first week, then they come off painfully slow after that.
