Good morning fitness buddies:),

I guess, I'm early again so here goes--- first can I say TGIF:)?

I did CM segment 3, for some reason I have problems with the stability ball portion of this one--if my acid reflux is acting up--I feel like I'm going to chokex(. I must not be on the ball right.
Anyway, I did a segment of Denise Austin's new Hit the Spot Pilates "Power Abs" it's only 9 minutes long. Then, I did a 50 minute run on the treadmill plus segment 1 of Total Stretch.
