Personal Rotation check-in November 5,2005

hey girls,

Yesterday was Pub,Mis tri and bi's and coremax1. today is PS strong legs (twice) then repeat inner and outer leg lifts. This week has been tough as far as soreness. Sunday will start my second week and I will be doing S&H.

Kali, do you find the housework piles up more now that you are working or are you one of those "wonderwoman" types who gets it all done no matter what? :)

Today is PUB for me, like I said. I'm looking forward to it. I am suddenly really into working my upper body! Maybe it's because I can't work my legs hard due to my knee...who knows...but I'm lovin' the results I'm getting and I'm not even doing a U/B rotation! I'm just pushin' extra hard when U/B comes up in the rotation I am doing! :+

Good morning,

Today was supposed to be an off day, but I did PLB and Ab hits.
Tomorrow is going to be a step class of some sort, and then Sunday will be PUB. I just don't have the time to combine a run with PLB, so I will give up my off day to compensate.

I'm switching up the rotation a bit to fit in some w/o's before I leave.

Yesterday was HSC.

I just finished PUB/PLB bonus combo. That's to take care of my pyramids for this weekend. I am taking tomorrow as my rest day and then a 40 minute run on Sunday from the 20 min/each day with those pyramids as written on the rotation.

I should be able to do KickMax Monday as I am taking my portable DVD player, that is if DH cooperates.

Tuesday - IMAX3 - I'll have to sub an interval run on the treadmill in the fitness center at the hotel.

Wed - MuscleMax - I'll use the weight machines there to hit all muscle groups for a one hour w/o

Thurs - I'm taking Ab Hits and StretchMax and have the treadmill for the run

Fri - I'll sub a steady state run on the treadmill for RS which is suppose to be Sunday, but I'm having to improvise.

Sat - rest day - we'll be traveling.

Sun - home and will think of something to sub for HSTA since I don't have it.
 
Today was the interval run for me and I did CM premix complete core, and #3 stretch (with band).

Hi Ladies,

Kim good job on your workouts!

Today is hsc going heavy on the weights. Then later I will do a run and some abs. I don't think I will take a rest day this week. I am feeling pretty good and rest days are hard for me to take as it is!

I saw thw SAW2 last night. It was a good movie. Very intense!

Hi good morning everyone, today I will substitute the 30 minutes of interval training with Plyo P90X and I will do Turbo Jam, one segment of Core Max and one segment of stretch Max. I will do my rest day on Monday and I will do the 20 min/each day with those pyramids as written on the rotation on Saturday and Sunday. Have a great weekend everyone.

Last night I did Turbo Jam CP#1 and Ab Jam - tonight was supposed to be the day off - my girlfriend wants to workout - so still might do something.

Saturday and Sunday will be the PLB abd PUB with at least the 20 min Turbo Jam workout.

Hi everyone,

Since I haven't worked legs since Sunday, I decided to do PLB this morning. Just love the floorwork in this w/o. I was planning on running at lunch but the darn wind is forcing me to go to the rec ctr again. I just started back running a couple months ago and have really been enjoying my outdoor runs.

Hey girls,

Sounds like everyone has some great workouts going on! I have the PS legs floor legs to do sometime tonight. My kids b-days are this weekend so I will be busy and also a bridal shower to go to. We are going out to eat for the kids tonight and they have friends here to spend the night already! I am also taking them shopping tomorrow morning. So I hope to check in a little this weekend. I am definitely doing my leg workout tonight when we get back!

My gosh! My kids are turning 14 this weekend!
