hey ladies,

yesterday was PUB and PS chest. and 15 min. walk on treadmill. Today is supposed to be cardio but foot didn't respond well to treadmill so I will have to put something in place of it.

Fighting a cold or sinuses and feel like crap this morning.;(

Thanks for the warm welcomes yesterday, Anne, Kali, Diana, Terri, Kim and Mariangeles. Sorry if I missed anyone!

I did ME yesterday and it was TOUGH. I had to take a bunch of breaks. For the most part I stayed just a little below cathe for the weights excepts biceps went a lot lower, thanks to a thread warning on this.

Today is IMAX2.

I'm in training all week so I need to do stuff for work today and it's a beautiful fall day. :(

It's great to be a part of this group :)
 
Sunday is YOGA day!!! After my leg workout yesterday, a good hour of stretching is going to be much appreciated!

Hi Ladies,
Today is suppose to be a hardcore extreme workout and abs. I may switch it to KPC this am and then a run and abs later. I just am not in the mood for hardcore extrem today. Although I could do the one with kickmax in it...hmmmm. Well I will decide when I am ready :)

Kim, I hope you feel better. So the foot didn't handle the treadmill as well as you thought? I am sorry but at least it is progress that you can do it at all right?

Good morning ladies,

I had originally planned to do CM today but I'm currently suffering from tendonitis in both of my anklesx( and I just wasn't in the mood for any type of a step workout today. So, I substituted some rather low impact workouts that I bought from Best Buy last night. I was pleasantly suprised:)! They were the Prevention 3-2-1 workout,Self Slim and Sleek Fast workout and one segment of the new 10 Minute Solution Kickbox Bootcamp with Kelly Roberts. After these, I added 20 minutes on my bike. Took awhile, but I got a pretty good burn at a slower rate. It's nice to take it easy sometimes;).

Happy Sunday everyone! Welcome robyn. I'm back after a couple of rest days and I feel great. CM was my WO today. CM was my first Cathe WO and purchase. I was looking for something more challenging than the Firm, and I found it!

Do you remember me telling you about my waterbed? Well, the saga continues.DH put a new heater under the matress and refilled it, but the temperature was still icy last night, so we ended up sleeping in the couch. Hopefully tonight will be better! TTFN Phyllis

Good morning or afternoon? fitness buddies....

I slept until about 10:30 this morning after that 17 hour drive home from Oklahoma City yesterday! I am back on my regimen, food and exercise, as of today. I only exercises three days of the week that I was gone and I can tell it in my weight, measurement, etc. I didn't eat very well at all. It is hard to when you are eating out every day three meals. I have a lot of work to do!

Good to be back. Will check in later with my workout.

I've looked through some threads and see everybody is accounted for but where's Becky?
 
Hi Everyone,

I also have hardcore extreme on the agenda for today. I don't really feel like that so I'm not sure what I will be doing. I'ts about time to get my workout clothes on and head to the basement. Maybe one of the dvd's will jump in my hands when I get down there.

I just finished Rhythmic Step. I am back on the track with the November rotation. I didn't get all my workouts in last week on vacation but I will do the rotation as is and supplement some workouts along. Tomorrow is Circuit Max which I don't have so I'm planning on doing one of the Terminators.
