Happy Monday!
I was going to do SB this morning but want to powerwalk later since I don't have work till 4 today so I've decided to do BC since I haven't done it in a while. I only do it once tho. So I am OFF!

Hey kali,

Good to see you early this morning. Right now I am feeling like crap! I started feeling bad last week and it finally blew up. Sinuses has left me hoarse and terrible headaches. So yesterday was my rest day. I am hoping to do PS CST,BBA today. We'll see.


Trust me, if we weren't so short handed at work I would be at home today. But it will go away soon.

I know BC is the bomb! that one has always been fun.

Good morning Kali and Kim and all the other babes to follow. Kim,sorry you feel so bad. Perhaps another rest day is in order. Exercise is no fun when you feel so poorly.

Today was GS legs, but I only did the first half. I was tired for some reson. Maybe I'll finish it tonight. As Kim said "we'll see"

Hi Tammy, Kali, Kim, Phillis and all who read later-

Some of you know I have been trying to heal from Plantar Fasciitis since early summer. Healing requires that I do no impact. I can do spinning, but I get bored with it. So then I do a little treadmill run or kickbox or step and the pain returns and I'm back at square one in recovering. I have maintained my exercise program with 4-5 cardio sessions per week in addition to tennis 2X per week for years. This is just annoying me, sorry to rant.

OK, today I am going to a power Vinasa Yoga class for a nice change of pace. I'll let everyone know what I thought about it. The class is being held at a Baptise affiliated studio.

Good morning everybody!

I did GS BSB this morning, wow it felt great. Yesterday I did Lowmax Interval 4 - 7 on an 8 inch step for the first time and it felt great, not as hard as I thought it would be :) .

I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day

Good morning everyone,

Today was supposed to be Circuit Max, but I don't have it. I subbed Body Max Power Circuit, Upper body and ab segments with the warmups and cooldowns also.

Hope you feel better Kim, your body is definitely telling you to take a break!

Kim, did you read my rotation for the week??? I'm doing PS upper and abs today also...Word of warning, if you're doing lower tomorrow, take at least 2 full days in between...I'm still sore from doing it on Saturday morning!!!

Hi good morning everyone,yesterday I did HSTA, TJ cardio party nº 1, nº 2, TJ 20 minutes workout, TJ ab jam and stationary bike. Today is Rhythmic Step, Turbo Jam (I loove it) and stationary bike. Have a great day everyone.

Hello Ladies,

Today is suppose to be bodymax in the pm and a run in the am. I am thinking I need to do some heavy upperbody so I am going to do GYMSTYLE BSB and bodymax. I am also going to throw in shape it up sometime today as I am trying to do one of those workouts a day for a week straight. So yeah it is a good thing I live alone with no small kids as this and work will keep me busy! Also nice that for the most part I can run my busness from home!

Judy-sorry to hear about your foot. I know you must be very frustrated!

Good morning fitness buddies... yesterday was Rhythmic Step and today I'm subbing one of the terminators for Circuit Max.

Looks like everyone is doing well. Judy, I'm so sorry that plantar fascitis is still plagueing you. You really deserve a break from that. I hope you heal up soon.

I missed all of you last week. I am very weak without my support system.

Just finished the Viper!! I love that w/o. The best cardio IMO Cathe has done, Cardio&Weights cardio and IMAX2 and ME for the weight segments. Outstanding w/o!!!

Looks like everyone is ready for a new week. This morning I did PUB and will do some kind of cardio at the rec center. I did Imax 3 last night, one of my many favorite workouts.

Judy - that is really a bummer about your foot. That would be so hard, because like you said - if you decide to push it for a day and test it out - you are back to square one. Would be really hard to wait for it to get better.

Kim - I hope you feel better soon - if it was an option - I would go home and try to get better.

Jane - I was thinking the same thing about Circuit Max. I do have it - but was thinking about doing a Terminator workout as well. I think I will join you with Viper. I haven't done any of the terminators in a long time.

I was bad yesterday and didn't get in Rythmic Step - so I missed my first day of the November rotation. I think throwing in the Viper today instead of CM will help me with my guilt - hehe... :)

Anne - I haven't done any of the terminators in a while either. I did remember The Viper being my favorite. It is a lot of fun. I don't have Circuit Max but I thought the Viper more than covered it.

I am coming off vacation and lots and lots of bad eating and little exercise so I am trying to get back in the swing too. I did get in Rhythmic Step last night but that one still doesn't have a fun factor for me for some reason. I felt 100% better today after the Viper. I can even breathe now when I button my pants!:p But they are still a little too tight for comfort!
 
Hey ladies,

Hope everyone has had a good day. I still feel bad, but debating on doing my upperbody. I will see how the night goes. I went to PT today and everything was okay and I also went up on heavier # with leg press machine.


Judy-I am with you on the foot girl! These girls have heard me moan and groan for months. I have had PF in this foot and now battling achillies tendonitis. It is a slooooooow healing process. Basically all I can do is do weights, abs and no cardio at all. They want me to lay off the stationary bike for right now. I am taking PT twice a week and it is very frustrating, so I know where you are coming from. If you ever want to rant to anyone I will be sure to listen. Hopefully it will be soon for the both of us to get back to cathes cardio.:)

MJ- I am doing the tank top variation that I copied from the video fitness site. I think that was the name? It is 12 weeks and it has PS,PUB,CTXUB,ME,MIS and legs from these. I has 3 days of total upperbody so I hope that won't be too much. I wonder if we're doing the same one? that'll be cool! I think this one was made up by Deborah.

Jane-It is good to have you back. We missed you here.

Judy - Sorry to hear about the foot :(

I was going to do Imax2 yesterday but my body was SO SORE I took the night off. I feel so much better and after I run out to the store for a minute I'll do it tonight while my son does his HW.

I'm having dinner with my "friend" on thursday. I'm excited/nervous all in one! He just called and we talked for 15 mins. Hmm we have talked every day recently. Today I said something STUPID... now I'm kicking myself.. argh.. I guess it shows I care.

Sorry this is a workout thread not personal relationships!
