Hi good morning, today is bootcamp in the rotation. I will do hi/low heaven of Christi Taylor and I will add TJ 20 minutes workout and stationary bike too. Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning all !

Yesterday was combo's 1 & 2 and blast from Stepblast and 20 minute ride on bike. Tried to walk later in the day but didn't last long, it was FREEZING and I wasn't dressed warmly enough!:eek:

Today I will try to fit in something. Weekends I have a hard time getting in a scheduled workout. I'll take a GOOD walk, if nothing else!!

Goooood morning Becky and Mariangeles!!!

Yesterday I got in my run and my Abs but didn't get to the KM leg drills and SM segment due to DH wanting to watch a movie together, so today....

BC, KM leg drills, SM segment and I'm adding KM blast challenge to make up for my incredible stupidity of eating during the movie last night, very bad idea.... one piece of leftover dressing, yams, piece of choco/PB pie (although FF, SF, not calorie free), and a handful or so of cashewsx( x( x( x( This was AFTER I'd eaten my calorie allowance already for the day. CRAP!!

What movie did you see? We rented War of the Worlds last night and I ate TOO much popcorn! We bought tins of the 3 flavors of popcorn that are popular around the holidays......my favorite being the cheddar cheese and I ate and ate while we watched.......OMG!!!

I am going to do a workout this afternoon while DH is running some errands and dd is gone. Haven't decided for sure yet, but I still have RS to make up from the week I was sick, or Bootcamp to do......maybe either of those!

Gotta workout though.....too much bad food lately!!
This morning my mom & dad had us over for breakfast. OMELETS and muffins!!!!:eek: &:9
 
Hi, Becky, Jane and everyone who post later. I have just done Bootcamp, the TJ 20 minutes workout and TJ cardio party nº 2. Later I will use my stationary bike. Tomorrow I will finish the november rotation and after a rest day I will do the Slim Series slim training rotation for six weeks. Have a great day everyone.

Becky... we watched Sahara with Matthew McConaughey and Penelope Cruz. It is a good movie. I had bought it a few months ago but haven't gotten around to watching it. I think DH and I are going to have another movie night tonight. We previewed Monster-In-Law off On Demand last night and I believe we are going to watch that. It has Jane Fonda and I think Jennifer Lopez in it. The preview looked good. I may duct tape my mouth shut tonight for this movie!!! That may be why I don't watch many movies, I like to snack while I watch, very bad habit, eating and watching TV, you don't realize how much you are eating!!

DH & I watched Monster-in-Law a few weeks ago. We both really enjoyed it! Cute and very funny!

I'm with you on the duct tape idea too! I LOVE to snack while watching movies! Chips and salsa, popcorn, pretzels, all the good stuff! :9
 
Okay, just am posting to say I did RS!

What's everybody thinking about for a Dec. rotation?? I want to see what Cathe posts but am starting to think of a plan b and wonder if anyone else has picked one yet.
I like the idea of one heavy on cardio again, but don't know yet.....any ideas??
 
Hey Becky... I think Cathe said something about carrying this cardio-heavy rotation into December also to offset holiday eating. I'll bet it will be a good one.

I just finished Bootcamp, KM leg drills, and KM blast challenge and my legs are feeling little like jello right now!! I feel much better after overindulging last night. Tonight is movie night again but I'm make a low-fat turkey pot pie for supper and having a sweet potato and salad so that should hold me.

I didn't get to StretchMax today but I had a good stretch off KickMax and I'll just add on tomorrow.

Just checking in to see what was up. I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving.

I also did BC today, my eight year old son did the first four cycles before calling it quits.

I was also wondering about the next rotation. After tomorrow I am a little perplexed. Any thoughts??
 
Hey Conni... I know what I'll be doing. Since I was on vacation week #2 of the rotation, I was only able to do KickMax at the hotel and got on the treadmill a few times. So I am doing week #2 of the November rotation which will finish up next Sunday, the 4th and I'll be ready to start the December rotation on Monday, the 4th.
 
HI Everyone,

Well I did double duty today to make up for shopping instead of working out yesterday. I did MIS and then MIC, what a great workout that was! whew...glad it's done.
