Yesterday I got in my run and my Abs but didn't get to the KM leg drills and SM segment due to DH wanting to watch a movie together, so today....
BC, KM leg drills, SM segment and I'm adding KM blast challenge to make up for my incredible stupidity of eating during the movie last night, very bad idea.... one piece of leftover dressing, yams, piece of choco/PB pie (although FF, SF, not calorie free), and a handful or so of cashewsx( x( x( x( This was AFTER I'd eaten my calorie allowance already for the day. CRAP!!
