Hi again everyone, I have just done Kick Max (the warm up, the combos and the blast challenge to substitute the 20 minutes of running and the leg conditioning drills because they are scheduled in the rotation)and the abs of CTX power circuit (5.5 min) and the abs of all step (9.5 min). Later I will add stationary bike. See you tomorrow.
