Oh my... back to work for me after four days off, somebody just shoot me!!

Yesterday was Low Impact Step. No add-ons, gone most of the day.

Today is Body Fusion and I don't have it but I'm going to do a circuit and will choose a tough one, maybe one of the Terminators. Undecided right now.

LOL, I'm sure you will survive work Jane! A Terminator in place of Body Fusion!? HOLY COW! BF is an intermediate work out and the Terminators are...well...THE TERMINATORS if you get my drift! :eek: }( ;) Have fun! :D

I have the following on schedule for today:

GS Legs: standing leg work only
GSBS&B: a few exercises for each body part using the mix n match mode.
Cardio: considering a bit of RS.

Good morning all!

Feeling better every day, getting back in the groove, so to speak. My DH and I are purging 2005 out of our systems this week ( it was a forgettable year ), and we are in the process of packing away all the xmas stuff, taking the tree down, etc.

This morning was PUB/PLB Bonus Combo, and coremax 1.

Hi everyone!

I'm going to try to fit something in today, but DH is home from work sick today and will get first dibs on the tv in the living room , which also happens to be my workout room. It is going to be unseasonably warm today........55 and sunny, so maybe I'll put the headset on and go for a long walk! That sounds great! I've already seen quite a few walkers out.

Anyone heard of the California flu?? They said on the news last night that it's all over the nation now and it sounds exactly like what dh has! And of course, I decided to skip the flu shot this year for the first time in years!!!

I am taking Airborne, but I wonder if there's anything else I can do to avoid getting it ?!! ack!!

Hi Everyone,

I've been away from the forum for about a week or so now. It's time to get going again after the Holidays. I've decided to do a 3 month rotation that Cathe put together for someone else. It's basically 3 weeks of SH, 3 weeks of PS, 3 weeks of SH, 1 wk PH and ME each done twice, 1 week of circuits and 1 week of CTX. You also do 5 to 6 cardio sessions each week. I started with SH Chest & Back on Monday, Tuesday was SH Legs & Shoulders and KPC, today is SH Bi's and Tri's, and Rhythmic Step. It's real easy to keep with the rotation this week, but I go back to work next week. I'm sure I can manage.

I'm back from a 1 hour , hilly walk in almost 60 degree weather!!
FANTASTIC! I could sure get used to this!!!;-)

Hi ladies,

I can officially say I have done a workout after 2 months of doing nothing! I did CTX chest and step heat abs and I will be so sore tomorrow! I was supposed to do this yesterday but ended up with a fever due to this cold, but I feel better today. I am going to do short workouts right now to get me back into things. I am glad to finally be able to report a workout here again!

Good job Kim, taking that first step is always the hardest, it's all downhill from there. Keep going!

I decided instead of doing a w/o that I'd already done, I'd pick a circuit w/o premix that I have never done. I chose the Step, Hi/Lo, and Weight circuit premix from the SB/SJP DVD. 85 minutes long!!

Here's the breakdown...

SB combos 1 & 3, SB challenge, then all four SJP hi/lo segments with the weight segments in between each hi/lo. YOWZA!!

I burned 640 calories and sweated buckets!!!

Off to feed the horses, then myself. I'm actually starving after that w/o!!!!

My upper body is screaming at me over the GS series! Gotta love it!}(

This morning I did GSbs&b timesaver before Joey got up.
This afternoon I did GS legs standing only and RS combos 1 & 2.

I actually STUCK to my work out plan...amazing! LOL :p

Tomorrow is kickbox for cardio, legs + abs.

Becky-I MISS having my horse!!! Am SO jealous of you right now!!!

Yesterday I did High Step Circut and ME (got them for X-mas, just had to do both)...Today was KPC and clearance shopping...Good cardio day!!
