Personal Rotation - 12-1 - Thursday

Good morning! I woke up at 3 on my day off and couldn't go back to sleep. I suspect I may be overtrained just a bit with this cardio-heavy November schedule. My sleep is the first to go when I overtrain. I plan on using the less intense Dec rotation not only as maintenance but a bit of a recovery phase. I think I need it.

I have really enjoyed following Cathe's rotations since September. Y'all have made it so much fun.

Yesterday was ME and I am a bit sore in upper and lower body but not too bad.

Today is a 40 minute steady state run, 15 minutes of Ab Hits and SM #2.

Hi Jane and everyone else. I think we can all use an easier rotation. I too have been following cathe's rotations since the one after bootcamp( not sure which monthe that is).

Today I did low impact step and total stretch #2 with the ball. It was my first time using this WO as I purchased it for my daughters. It's kinda like a mini lomax. It was perfect for today.

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Yesterday was lower body and cardio for me (LL & allstep), so today I am going to do some upperbody and cardio- which I haven't chosen yet.

Jane, I think the Dec. rotation is going to be a good one for many reasons too. Mostly I love that they are shorter workouts, because EVERYONE is busy in December!!

Phyllis, I thought the same thing about LIS....it's like a shorter, easier lowmax! I like it and it works great for certain days.

I'll be back after my workout!

Yesterday was supposed to be S&H shoulders and Low impact kickmax, but had terrible pain with my foot so I took the day off instead of today. I will do shoulders today minus the cardio.Maybe put some abs in there.

Good morning, Phyllis, Jane,Becky & all my other fitness buddies---Happy December 1rst:)

Good for all of you who will follow the December rotation, I've decided to start the Jan'04 fat loss rotation on Monday. I may use a few days of the December rotation if I need a "lite" day. So for my workout today, I did RS, KM Blast Challenge & a segment from my new Pefect Abs dvd.

Hello ladies.

Cardio only for me today. I'll decide which one when I get to it.

I was wanting to do the November rotation starting monday but with all of this talk about taking a "recovery" month, I'm thinking of changing my plan a bit....Hmmmm....

I have a circuit workout planned today. I might do Circuit Max but use all spinning for the cardio. After Cardio Kicks and Low Max and long hours on my feet, I need to give that foot a rest. But my heart doesn't need a rest. I still have upper body DOMS so I amy do a lower body/ spinning sircuit of my own too. I 'll letch'a all know later!


**right now my Rocky kitty is needing some attention. He is between me and the key board!.....

Good morning everyone,

Does everyone feel as time deprived as I do??? I just don't have enough hours in my day to get everything done, no matter how early I start or how late I finish!
I am also looking forward to starting the Dec rotation next week, just to free up a little of that precious time.
Today was SJP weights and step circuit ( 46 minutes ) and Coremax 3.
Nice workout.

Okay I am back and my workout is complete!

I did GS BS&B, PLUS GS superset premix C&T, and tacked on a 3 mile incline walk on the treadmill !

I am thoroughly worked out and ready for something to eat and a shower!

I'm done too Becky. It feels good to be done this early in the day.

I got in my run along with a 1 mile walk, 15 min of AB Hits - I chose the 15 minute premix of LL and Kickbox planks, and SM#2.

Yes Conni, the days fly by with lightning speed and I don't ever get everything done that I need to!!
 
Hi everyone,

Well the countdown to Christmas has officially began. Are we all ready for that?? I wrapped presents last night so my tree now has gifts under it.:)

This morning I did GS BS&B and will be doing an interval run on the elliptcal at lunch.
