Hey guys, where are you? this thread is getting mightly lonely
. Don't be afraid to check-in. Even if you didn't do as well as you wanted to yesterday. This really does help
!
Anyway, here goes,
1) Water (8/8 or 6 cup minimum) --- No Check, this for some reason is getting harder for me in the past few days
2) Limit sweets --- Check
3) No food 2 hrs B4 bedtime---Check---got really really hungry at about 10:00 pm but I didn't want to break my deadline, so I just drank h20 and went to sleep. I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom a few times...but hey, some sacrifices are neccessary;-)
4) No late night visits to the fridge
5) August rotation --- Check--- Completed Day 19,
