Personal Goals Check-In - August 20,2005

Hey guys, where are you? this thread is getting mightly lonely:( . Don't be afraid to check-in. Even if you didn't do as well as you wanted to yesterday. This really does help:)!

Anyway, here goes,

1) Water (8/8 or 6 cup minimum) --- No Check, this for some reason is getting harder for me in the past few days

2) Limit sweets --- Check

3) No food 2 hrs B4 bedtime---Check---got really really hungry at about 10:00 pm but I didn't want to break my deadline, so I just drank h20 and went to sleep. I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom a few times...but hey, some sacrifices are neccessary;-)

4) No late night visits to the fridge

5) August rotation --- Check--- Completed Day 19,

Hey Katrina! Good job with not giving in at 10:00 last night! That is great. That happens to me sometimes. I just want to have a little something, but I tell myself, don't do it. If I absolutely have to I'll have a few slices of turkey or a hard boiled egg white.
Good going on the rotation too.

I ate pizza and had 6 chocolate chip cookies last night. I didn't go over my daily calories tho so I'm not beating myself up. DH wanted to make deep fried ravioli for dinner and I had to refuse. I had my treats yesterday.

Drinking water today, no salty junk or sweets.
