1) 8/8 or 6 cups of H20 --- No Check ---very low on water yesterday:(

2) Limit sweets --- Check

3) No food 2 hours B4 bed --- Check

4) August Rotation --- Check --- Completed Day 18

5) No late night visits to the fridge --- Check

Katrina, you're really doing well sticking to your goals this month! Congrats!

I did well yesterday also. No sweets, cut back my carbs and got my workout in.

The weekend is almost upon us! HURRAY!
