Personal Goals Check-In--8/29/05

Good morning everyone,

Hope all is well. I guess I'm winding down this month, with only a few check-ins left. Is anyone interested in doing this in September?
I've noticed in the past few weeks, the number of people checking in is getting fewer and fewer:( . I know it's hard keeping this up but believe me it soon becomes a habit. This applies, even if your diet is not going as planned. Checking in this month, as I've said previously has helped me tremendously. Anyway, here goes,

1) 8/8 or 6 cups of h20 -- No Check---only made it up to 5 cups.

2) No food 2 hours B4 bedtime--- 3/4 Check --- Missed by about 30 min.

3) Limit Sweets--- Check--- No sweets yesterday.

4) No late night visits to the fridge --- Check

5) August rotation --- Completed:) :) :)

Good going Katrina! I'm doing good too.
Since this check in has dwindled a little, why don't you check in with us in the Summer soon to be Fall check in,or the Moment of Truth check in? They are both great and we share goals, workouts, eating habits, all of it. They don't get quite as long as the Daily check in. They're more of an all day chat kind of thing. So consider that if you want. :)
