Good morning everyone,
Hope all is well. I guess I'm winding down this month, with only a few check-ins left. Is anyone interested in doing this in September?
I've noticed in the past few weeks, the number of people checking in is getting fewer and fewer
. I know it's hard keeping this up but believe me it soon becomes a habit. This applies, even if your diet is not going as planned. Checking in this month, as I've said previously has helped me tremendously. Anyway, here goes,
1) 8/8 or 6 cups of h20 -- No Check---only made it up to 5 cups.
2) No food 2 hours B4 bedtime--- 3/4 Check --- Missed by about 30 min.
3) Limit Sweets--- Check--- No sweets yesterday.
4) No late night visits to the fridge --- Check
5) August rotation --- Completed
