Hi ladies, almost at the end of the month:)

1) Water (8/8 or 6 cup min.) --- Check

2) Limit sweets --- Check

3) No food 2 hrs B4 bed --- Check

4) August Rotation --- Check --- Completed Day 24

5) No late night visits to the fridge --- Check

Katrina - you're doing SO well on your goals! The reason I haven't been checking in is because I most definitely am NOT doing well on mine:( The only thing I've been managing to do is my rotation. I guess one out of 3 is better than none out of 3. *sigh*

Ah well, September is another month.;)

Don't worry about it, I think you should check-in anyway:) BTW didn't you start this thread;-)? I know, sometimes it gets tedious but it really keeps you honest. It has help me tremendously...especially with my "getting-up--in-the-middle--of--the night--visits--to--the fridge" problem and that was tough! So don't worry, I don't always have perfect days either. I admit, I have become a little obsessed with this check-in this month but hey..whatever works right? So please you and anyone else who may be having the same problem---please reconsider.
