Personal Goals Check-In--8/24/05

Good morning everyone, hope all is well:)

1) Water --- Check

2) August Rotation --- Check Day 23 completed

3) No late night visits to fridge --- Check

4) Limit sweets ---- 1/2 check-- got in the mood to make some pumpkin muffins from some mix that I had in my cabinet. They were small about 1 oz but did I have to eat 3 of them?;), I guess that was because I had a lite dinner, anyway, who's perfect right?:)

5) No food 2 hours B4 bed ---- Check
