Personal Checkin - Wed 11-23

After getting all my baking done for tomorrow, I finally got in my upper body w/o.... I did up only premix of PUB without the SB abs.

This was one long workout today, close to two hours. 30 minute run, 50 minutes L&G's, and 33 minute run time on the PUB up premix without abs. Whew...
