I bought one at Big 5 yesterday, they were on sale for $79.00. Still have to put it up and it will probably be this weekend before I do it. I like the idea you can hang in the arm straps and do ab work.

Not sure if it would work with STS but I have P Pullup and P Pushup. They are AWESOME! You get DOMS like never before! The pullup bar can do several things and you can do the low hanging pullups too. It is very cool. I don't see why you couldn't use w/ STS.

Yep, I agree. I have both and love them. Worth every penny!
 
If you mean the ab straps, I believe you have to buy them separately. Again - worth the $$$. Have fun!

For those of you who have the P Pullup -- once it is installed in the doorway, can you still close the door? One more question -- how many holes did you have to drill into the frame to install? I was thinking of getting one, but the holes in the door frame will definitely bum my DH out, even though I'm sure they are easy to fill and paint over.

I got mine at Walmart for $59. A very sturdy, well made piece of equipment. No harness for abs though. I'm using it with my Iron Woody Assisted Pullup bands.
