Today I tried the PP Upper Body and Lower Body premix. I really liked this premix. It took me a little longer, because I had to keep wiping my sweat , but it still was just under an hour. But this premix is a winner. I love total body workouts. My only complaint is that there wasn't a lower body warmup, so i did my own after the upper body warmup. I also previewed the premix in order to know the number of reps for each exercise. Next time I will add the extended stretch. I will definitely be doing this premix once or twice a week.
