Deb , so thrilling to be getting a new puppy. How do they have you introduce the newbie to keegan? do you just toss them in a room together or need to keep them separated for a while?
Joan, hope you can conclude on what's right for you. If you decided to wait 6 mon or a yr and then revisit this, would you need all the testing repeated etc? It doesn't sound like there's a rush to get this done, so that's what I meant by "watchful waiting".... getting rechecks with gastro and making sure you keep a close eye on any new symptoms. Are you happy with this doctor and would have her do the procedure if you decide to go ahead? not necessarily right now, but in the future? A good sign that she took the time to explain things and didn't try to rush you thru the process.
Had an interesting experience yesterday. Was driving our (fairly) new truck to the dealer for service. I was behind an old truck on the freeway, filled with moving stuff ... mattresses, furniture etc. I don't like driving behind things like that so moved left to go past. just as I was "even" with this truck there was an loud explosion, a cloud of dust & the guy swerving left and right... I have seen tire blow outs before but never was that close! wow, it was amazingly loud... fortunately he didn't lose control and pulled off to the shoulder.
