Deb, we had two different danes from the same breeder. It was sad. The first one at 6 months got to where she couldn't walk. We spent so much time at the vet. The last time we took her he kept her for a couple of days and conferred with some other vets trying to figure it out. They did testing and we had the choice of continuing knowing she would probably not get up and walk again(we had to carry her to the car) and knowing we would lose her within the nest 6 months. We were broken hearted. We let them put her to sleep. My husband contacted the breeder and never got response. That is when we got our Dog Mudd that we lost last summer. Anyway, after we had Mudd for 2 and a half months they called and said they had more pups and offered us another. Anyway she had a lot of health issues too. Once her she started holding one leg up and it swelled. I took her to the vet and he gave her a shot and it seemed better and then it did it again. The only thing is when I took her back it was a different leg. She finally got better with that but she kept having skin issues and would lose hair. The vet kept treating her for staph infections. She had a lot of health issues too. I am so mad at that breeder. There has to be something they are not doing right. Her name was Puddle. Both danes were sweet dogs. Puddle was much more active than Jasmine but Jasmine was obviously really not well from the start. Both were harlequin danes. My grandchildren named her Puddle since they named Mudd. It was hard and the grandchildren were devastated as well. I love danes but I don't know that I would get another one even if it was healthy because the large breed dogs generally have shorter life spans.
As for the snakes, the bedroom is partly underground into the hill behind the house so I think that is why the scorpions and snakes. I don't think have had that many problems this last year. They had a horrible wasp problem for awhile too.
I got out my hookup for my ipad but have not ventured trying to set it up with the television. It is an older ipad so I have no clue if it will work or not.

Judy, I never thought about the produce at the store. I do know that when I go to Sprouts I take a bottle of water, tissues, and cough drops with me so I guess I just go prepared and hadn't thought about why. Hobby Lobby is always an instant reaction and I have known that for some time. I walk in and I can smell the dried flowers as soon as the door opens

Valerie, bull snakes are good snakes too if I remember right. Thinking of pranks, my son used to prank me all of the time. Rubber snakes taped to the inside of the washer lid, kitchen sprayer taped on so when I turned the water on I got a blast of water. Anyway, one morning I got up and their was a big fuzzy something on the arm of the recliner. I got closer and it looked like a tarantula. I thought it was fake and another prank. I went to pick it up and it moved. I was squealing like crazy. My son in law has caught cotton mouths and those things are mean and will keep going after you. Like many silly guys he had to play with it a bit and my daughter sent me pictures of it with it's mouth open trying to strike. I would have headed for the house. There are beautiful things about being out in the woods and enjoying nature and then there are some things that are just not nice. My daughter called the closest hospital to check to make sure they had anti venom there just in case. They are all careful when going out into the woods and the children are not allowed to go out without someone knowing where they are at.

Lynda, that is creepy. I don't think they should print a book about what the guy did. He should not be allowed the glory he is probably going to get for letting this out. I wonder if they paid him something for that garbage. I don't use fruit much in smoothies. I mostly like coffee and cocoa ) Sometimes I will use coconut milk and some pineapple or chocolate and raspberries but that is it. Now I find pineapple is not good for allergies as well as cocoa.

Good evening ladies!

This morning was SB's feel good arms w/ cardio. Great little workout and I was surprised of the intensity. Had 5 lunch ladies so this was a great start! We did barre and bands. We love this workout! Gets you deep in the glutes.

Deb...That really stinks about Live. I have no problems with it at all. I can see how it would be very fustrating. When I travel I work out just using my Ipad. I do not mind the tiny screen. Have you tried not using Chromecast and just getting the HDMI adapter for your ipad? I do this at times and it seems to work well.

Judy...we have a Vizio but I have not done Live on this one. We bought it well over a year ago. Over the weekend I'll hook the Apple TV to it and tey out Cathe Live. Will let you know how it goes.

Valerie...that stinks that your DVD's play like that even on a different system. Did you contact Cathe customer service? I do not remember if you did or not.

Lynda...yes that Ice Compound is great. I saw something on TV that mentioned Jacob's Pillow and I immediately thought of you. When does it start? Lol! On the crop tops...none at my office. That motel owner sounds creepy indeed. Terrible that he will profit from this. I have no desire to read or see anything about it.

Diane Sue...I love the express upper body. Gets the job done in what 40 mins? Oh so sad about your doggies. My little Nilla (chihuahua) will be 16 in June. Longest I have ever had a dog. My Collie lived to be a week shy of 14. This was very sad when we had to put him to sleep. He looked just like Lassie and was beautiful.

Hi to Josie!!!

We did a mt bike for 1 hr 45 min this morning to beat the incoming rain. went well. It's amazing what we can do now versus a couple months ago. so nice to see progress. I can ride up the same hills without stopping now, when I used to stop 3x. these are long hills.

also bought the iphone today, a 6s. not a completely smooth transition. I didn't know I'd need my gmail password, an account I haven't ever used. so we did it at home. so far we just can't get the phone to ring when we call it. the call goes thru, but no ringtone even though we selected one. too tired tonight, tomorrow will work on it.

hard to believe the statute of limitations would run out on something creepy like that, especially when someone stands to profit. Hope that doesn't happen.

Are you ( or is anyone) really allergic to all those foods? I can't imagine that! maybe food sensitivities? even that is hard to think of. that is such a massive range/number of seemingly unrelated foods. these are foods that contain too many histamines? It is nothing I've ever heard of. I admit I only looked at the list, didn't have time to read any more.

Lori, my brother has a tiny chihauhau, I want to say tea cup or something like that. I swear that doggie has to be near 20. It follows my brother everywhere. When my brother stops to talk to someone she watches him with what would like adoration. She would go with my brother in his work truck when he installed and repaired satellite television. She stayed in the truck of course. Having to put a pet to sleep is not an easy decision to make but sometimes it is just better than the alternative. There is no easy way to lose a beloved pet.
Thinking of pets my brother posted a picture of a woodpecker that he rescued in his laundry room after his cat pulled it in. Lucky for the woodpecker that he was able to release it before it was really hurt.
I liked the Upper Body Express, it was a good length and hit things well. It would be easy to heavy up on as well. I the moves were all doable today.

Good morning,

Yesterday I did Live Barbell Upper Body, one of my favorite Live workouts.

Judy, I wouldn't think it was the TV...that is pretty new. Maybe you should take the Apple TV back and see if they will give you a different one? You must really be allergic to fruits etc...to have a reaction just walking by them in the grocery store. Were you ever officially tested? 170 HR is pretty high.

Valerie, I think it is just the music style that must be getting to you. The series is such a good one, I hope you are able to keep it and use it with the "music off" option. How great that you can now do that hill without stopping. Did you get the phone at an Apple store? I would go back and have the people set it up and test it before taking it home again.

Lynda, so your 90 yo friend actually runs a B&B? That's wonderful. That stuff in the article sounds like something a movie would be made of...creepy...where did this happen? I agree with Diane Sue, he should not be able to make money or have his "15 minutes of fame" from what he did.

Diane Sue, I really like that upper body express workout too....gets in there quick and it's done. Glad you were able to do it and hopefully it will not affect your neck etc. That is so sad about the puppies....those breeders should be reported to the AKC if they are members....Obviously not paying attention to the lines they breed from or the dogs they use. Your daughter lives in a pretty scary place...almost like a jungle...:)..LOL.

Lori, I don't mind using just the iPad when I travel...( only have one DVD download though). I guess I just will go back to the phone and hope see if it was a "one time thing" with the stopping etc. Maybe we had a blip in the network connection. I didn't want to invest in the HDMI cable for the iPad, way too expensive...Apple makes me mad with how they price accessories like that, it's more taking a stand, not the money. Little Nilla, so cute. 16 is almost normal for a small dog like that. My Kelsey was 15 when we had to have her put down.

Hi Josie,

Taking the dogs around 1:00 to our friends where they will stay while we are gone ....I miss them already. Dumb, I know.

Take care,

deb, we got it at Costco and I needed the gmail pw to get it to pair/transfer with our android phone. I have a gmail account and have had it for years but I don't use it and could not be sure about the pw. (didn't know I'd need it) we transferred most of the data when we got home. I can run back to Costco any time and they can finish the set up.
the Verizon store is across the parking lot. the lines are always at least an hour long and we've not dealt with anyone very competent there. ( DH has said he will never go back there)
our pictures didn't transfer and so far the phone doesn't "ring" so we will play around at it and see if we can figure it out. the call connected but the phone didn't make a sound. I will run back to Costco today, there was a contract someone forgot to have us sign so needed to go back anyway. very seldom a wait there and everyone seems good. Phone is very nice and I think it will be great to have the same system on the phone and ipad, and also the same charging devices etc. screen is so much easier to see.

We had hornet nests in our yard for several years, look like a huge basketball in the tree but never seemed aggressive. yellowjackets used to be a problem when we had a cedar shake roof. lots fewer now. I never saw anything that stung me, so it's not like I could have avoided it.

Lori I contacted cathe CS when I first got the dvd's. was sure there was a defect but they were clear that the sound level was what they had intended. DH thought it was awful too. neither of our systems is brand new, but upstairs is newer. we watch TV, movies all the time with no problem. I'll do the workouts with voice only and see. so far I haven't used them much because when you start one you need to decide about sound. if you change part way thru you can't easily return to the spot you were in the workout , at least not any way I can find.... except by manually ff'ing.

I can't imagine how hard it would be to have allergy problems with fruit ..... or many of the foods on that list. I try to eat as wide a variety of "real" foods as I can, in season. there are a few vegies and fruits I don't like grapefruit, root vegetables, like rutabagas. Keeps me out of snack foods, processed foods, chips, etc.

yikes... snakes, scorpions, I like nature but maybe not inside the house . we have garter snakes and lizards, salamanders in our yard and it's always fun to run across one. Our kitty is not a hunter so even the birds are safe here.

Hi everyone--

This morning I did Live Gloved Up and Ready (50 min.). I like this one with the tabatas and the little bit of weight work at the end.

Deb, this fellow Foos had a motel in Colorado (not far from Denver) and regards himself as a sex researcher--like Kinsey or Masters and Johnson. He contacted Gay Talese (a famous investigative reporter) back in the 1960s and Talese decided to at least meet him, just out of curiosity. Foos asked him to sign some non-disclosure agreement back then and showed him the vents he had created and invited him to watch this couple. Talese's tie started to hang through the vent and Foos was furious. Foos told him that he was creating a journal of his observations and offered to send a copy to Talese in installments over the years. Talese didn't get permission to write about him or quote his journals until 2003, when Foos was retired and the motel was sold and demolished. He gets only a nominal sum for his journal quotations, but according to Talese, what he really wants is some kind of recognition for his "work." Talese compares him to the Victorian anonymous writer who wrote a very extensive journal recording his sexual activity (pretty wild stuff) and had it published as My Secret Life, but remained anonymous. It's a favorite of Victorian scholars (e.g., Steven Marcus) who have tried to find his identity, but who also hypothesize about the enormous chasm between public prudery and private prurient sex during the Victorian era. What is most repressed in public turns out to be most enjoyed as secret sin. Talese has a very ambivalent relationship to Foos and his "material" because he can't really verify a lot of what is in the journals and it's not clear to him what Foos's motives are now that he is in his 80s. Some of the journal is in third person, so that Foos is describing what the voyeur (him) feels watching human behavior. Very strange, but Talese is a good writer.

Diane Sue, that is so sad about your Great Dane puppies. I would have been furious with the breeders. If you have problems with sensitivity to dried flowers in a HobbyLobby, I cannot imagine what you would do at public events where there is always too much perfume or after shave on some people. That's what really gets to me because I start to feel nauseated. I will have to try that High Energy Kickbox workout--I don't think I have done that one yet.

Valerie, that's too bad about your phone. I didn't have any trouble with mine--but then I have a son working for Apple and another who is totally tech-savvy. I have a feeling Cathe Live would also bother you in terms of the 'music' at times. Sometimes it really isn't music at all but just syncopated sound that she will speed up or slow down, depending on the exercise.

Lori, Jacob's Pillow doesn't really get started until mid June. They have beautiful grounds for picnicking and dance studios for young dancers who perform for free in an outdoor staging area. Same with Tanglewood and Shakespeare and Company. Lots of summer vacationers.

Hi to Judy and Josie!

Today we are painting the kitchen a lighter shade before we put up the molding. I get all the corners and edges :p to paint. We have under cabinet lighting coming tomorrow and my husband will install that. My workout was short this morning. My knee is achy today. I think it is the arthritis. It has been raining off and on the last two days which seems to make it worse. I did Cathe live Crush it Low Impact cardio workout with an extra warm up and cool down from fitness blender. Total time was 49 minutes, calories burned 273 calories On a good note, no problem with the shoulder after the upper body workout and my neck has been pretty good the last two days. I had taken water out of my water pillow thinking it might be too high and realized it was probably making the neck worse. It was just the shoulder issue that was the problem at first. I put the water back to the medium level suggested before and the last two nights I slept well and the neck did not hurt. I will be back in awhile to read everyone's posts. Time to do the second paint coat :)

Good evening ladies!

No workout this morning because I knew I would be working out in the evening with Bob. I would love to say I slept in a bit but I was still wide awake at 5:00am. At lunch we did SB Arms and tonight was her Spring Challenge workout which was Total Body Fusion Barre.

Valerie...yeah for those hills! Congrats. Hope you get your phone up and running. I would bring back and have the store walk you through everything. Once you get it going you will love it. Verizon is on strike today. Not sure how this will effect things. I do not recall my DVD's sound being so out of wack like yours. I use the downloads more often so perhaps the sound is better on these.

Deb...I have never done that barbell workout and most likley will never. Very happy you enjoy it! Get what you mean about Apple pricing. Really fustrates us that they charge so much. We are very blessed to Have Nilla as long as we have. She started with seizures when she was 5. We are so consistent with her meds to control them for her. I will be a mess when her time comes more so than any other dog I have owned.

Lynda...I love the tabata drills on this one and the Rockm one. Really ups the intensity whether you use a bag or not. Those two guys are disgustng in my book. Just gross. Jacob's Pillow sounds lovely. I know how much enjoy it.

Diane Sue...your kitchen is sounding really nice. I installed under cabinet lights too and we love them. Very happy we did and you will be too. My next project is making a sliding barn door to separate a small family room from the kitchen. I use this room the most and it has become Lori's room. :)

Hi to Judy and Josie!

Deb, it has been 10 years since that happened with the puppies. Yes, they were AKC registered. I had forgotten till we recently cleaned out the file cabinet and I found Puddle's papers. We should have said something then. I guess just the shock and sadness of loving the pups and then having them suffer took over everything. I was looking at the circuit Cathe has planned for tomorrow. I wonder if it will have a lot of impact?

We had to make a run to Home Depot again. Deb, it is not dumb missing the dogs. I always missed our dogs when we had to leave them. I used to bring them with me when I came to visit when we lived 100 miles away from the family. Gertie is going on our camping vacation with us because all of the family will be there and they are the ones who would watch her. I think the dogs always missed us even when it was family watching them.

Valerie, I have never had a problem with the sound on Cathe's workouts but I don't have the Ice set yet. I want them though. The dvd's are nice for all of the premixes you can do. I am sure you will like the knew phone once you get it all set up. When we went from iPhone to the Galaxy S5 we were back at the store several times. For one thing they put our info together and all of our contacts were linked on both phones. I was deleting them off mine and my husband was losing them. We had to get the gmail address and never use it. I have it written down somewhere with the password but would have to hunt for it. You are lucky, my other dog used to bring me birds and squirrels. She would bring them to the door . She never did much to them but they usually were dead from being caught. It always seemed that it was when my husband was out of country.

Lynda, strong perfumes do bother me but I think it is certain scents. It probably depends on what is in them. I put on the allergen mask when I went out with Gertie today for the first time and Gertie wasn't sure about playing ball with me because she couldn't see all of my face.

Lorie, when you say sliding barn door, do you mean like the sliding pocket door? We have one of those in the master bath separating the tub and first vanity area and the shower and other vanity area. My space is probably the whole upstairs. It houses most of my stuff and my workout room. I even took over the bath attached to my workout room and keep my closet up there. My art table is up there. Sewing and craft projects are all upstairs.
It will be nice having the under counter lighting. We had it at our last house and I really did like it. It was my husband's idea to do it here.

Good morning,

We are off this morning, flight leaves at 10:00.

Valerie, I hope you get the phone stuff sorted out today. Sometimes I am glad I just have a simple android phone, and other times I want to throw it against the wall....LOL....:).

Lynda, Foos a sex researcher? No, how about your average pervert? Agree on the music in Cathe Live workouts, but I usually just ignore it. I like when she runs over to wherever she goes to change the beat or volume. I thinks she has those big sheets of paper ( like the ones used in meetings at work) taped to the wall with the workout all written down by exercise....she seems to look over at something when she is doing the workout. I may have even seen small pieces of then when the cameraman is wandering around.

Diane Sue, can't wait to see the pics of your kitchen when it's finished. I understand why you probably did not even think about going after the breeder at the time, so sad. I just reorganized some of my files, and got the dogs all straightened out by years, separating their health records from awards, titles etc. I found Keegan's plane ticket in there, from when we picked him up as a puppy outside of Chicago. That is funny that Gertie wasn't sure about playing with you with a mask on. :).

Lori, are you doing 2 workouts a day on a regular basis now? No barbell workouts for you at all now? Can't imagine putting in a sliding door....like a pocket door? I would like under the cabinet lighting, I don't think it was popular when we did our kitchen, I don't remember even being asked if we wanted it. I wonder if it is hard to put in after the fact.

Hi to Judy & Josie,

Can someone start the thread on Sunday?

Have a great weekend!

I won't volunteer to start the thread... not sure I'll be here sunday. Have a great trip Deb. somehow I forgot where you're going but have a great time anyway.

took me hours yesterday to sort out the phone numbers. most of the material transferred but if I had an email address and a phone number, it made two separate entries. I had >2x entries as should have been there. businesses and their numbers mostly disappeared. I am assuming because data from android to apple is not consistent. I had similar trouble last time with the transfer from android to android. also jumbled the alphabet. sometimes alphabetized by first name, sometimes last name, and sometimes multiple entries using both. but not always. so if I had an entry "Joe & Mary Wilson" I got a separate phone 3 entries under "j", m" and "w" and often the email address in another entry from the phone #. Hard to get it sorted out. a couple phone numbers had extra digits from who knows where. After I was done, it might have been easier to start from scratch and enter all manually. a good chance to weed out unused contacts.
the tiny button above the volume control was why it didn't ring. was set to sleep mode. must have been accidentally pushed but didn't know it was there. I had many entries by first name. switched to last name during the process so maybe next time it will be easier.

we finished the second season of Happy Valley last night. Such a good series! Like everything about it. I hope there's another season in the works. . Lynda, I've forgotten, is this the one you tied to Sylvia plath? was it location?

So strange about dog breeders. great danes were always risky dogs with short lives. too much inbreeding? doesn't mean you wouldn't love one, but think they average about 7 years. when I looked for dogs for my sister, it seemed like everything was part pit bull. my BIL, SIL always have rescue chihuahuas. so tiny and feisty. I love their dog Bella.

diane sue I never had a problem with sound on cathe's disks until ICE. everything else has been fine. this one music is WAY louder on my system.

I almost get gassed out at the mall by all the overwhelming fragrances. when we are hiking, we smell many people before we meet them, and they leave a scented vapor trail behind them too.

Hi everyone--

This morning I did Live Ice CLB/CUB (51 min.). Too bad Cathe doesn't have a premix on either CLB or CUB of this combo. It's 8 rounds of a blast, then lower body work, then upper body. Good workout, although I miss the sort of cheerleader blast on CLB where you leap out and then lift one knee. On the other hand I do not miss the bear crawls which she leaves out on this combo.

Deb, I can start the thread if everyone wants to wait until the afternoon. If someone else is more of an earlybird, she should do it. Have a great weekend in the big apple! I think you are supposed to have great weather too.

Valerie, yes, Heptonstall is where Plath is buried. Feminists had an ongoing practice of chiseling off the Hughes name on her gravestone. I didn't know there was a second season already of Happy Valley. I will have to check it out.

Diane Sue, we have under cabinet lighting and really like it as well. Funny about Gertie being suspicious of your mask.

Lori, how is the evening workout with Bob going? Another home improvement project? You are amazing! I think we might get some great weather this weekend.

Hi to Judy and Josie!

Here are a couple of pictures of indoor sliding barn doors. I plan to build one with glass to give my room a more open feel when the door is closed.

Good evening ladies,

This morning was SB Old School Arms and tonight was Circuit Sweat. Was a great workout and moved right along. Cardio, lower weights, upper then core. Lots of jumping jacks! So beware. I used a 6 inch step. Cathe uses 8.

Deb...have a great time in NYC! So much fun!!!! Yes I am pretty much back to my double workouts. Seems like a lot but when I do 2 it is about 70 minutes to 80 minutes of working out. Sometimes longer sometimes shorter. I am feeling great after that bout with the cold. Glad that is behind me. I installed the under cabinet lighting from a kit from Home Depot. The ones we selected have dimmers so we can adjust the brightness. Was a lot of drilling to hide the wires but not difficult to do. We bought 3 kits which totaled about $125. Worth every penny we love them that much. You do not see any wires at all.

Diane Sue...I would love to have a pocket door instead of the barn but no way could I do such a thing. I am handy but know my limits. I do like the look of a barn door so I know I will love it once it is completed. Will be in a few weeks before I start.

Valerie, oh that must have been painstakingly slow to have to do all that to your phone! Usually perfumes do not bother me but every now and then bam... Way too powerful.

Lynda...thanks for volunteering to start the new thread. I am usually up by 6am on Sundays but I have my brother and his longtime GF comming Saturday morning and spending the night. So I know we will be up late. Saturday during the day we are planning to go to Nashoba Valley Winery in Bolton. It's only about 30 minutes from us but we have never been for their tour. My son is planning to visit too so it will be a very nice family weekend. Bob is hit or miss with his workouts. That's ok though. He does get in at least 2 workouts a week and that is good for him. Plus he has been walking Chester every day since he retired from the restaurant business. He has been enjoying his time off so much I am afraid he will never go back to work!

Hi to Judy and Josie!!

Today I did Cathe Live PHAT 2 workout, 45 minutes, 108 avg. hr./ 136 max, 240 calories. I then did Step on It live w/up, first two combos and end of the final all combo with stretch and stretching from Fitness blender added 52 minutes, 124 avg./ 142 max. hr., 226 calories. Total time 97 minutes, calories 523 calories.
PHAT 6 exercises alternating upper and lower 12 reps all repeated for 3 rounds (push ups are 8 reps at a slower pace)(They use two dumbbells for the moves but I just used 1 heavier on some of them) I think Cathe mostly used 12's and 15's on this workout but I can never remember which color she picks up and the weight that it is.
w/u 4:55 minutes
elevated lunge 15 ea. hand, 15, 20
overhead press 12 ea.hand, 10,10
step ups 15# each hand ,15, 20
bicep curl 12# each hand, 15,15
uneven squat, 15# , 20, 20#
push ups

@ 21:23 minutes
side lunge 12 # each hand, 15,15
overhead triceps extension, 15# (I used 1 dumbbell Cathe 2) , 20#,25#
single dead lift 20# ea. hand, 20,20
upright row, 8# each hand, 8# each hand, no weight
squats 25 Ea. hand, 25, 25
pullover 20# dumbbell, 25#, 20#

If I get up like I usually do on Sunday Mornings I can start the thread. I generally get up by 8 am. Family brunch is at 12:00 but even if I get out to church I come home and get whatever I am taking first. I rarely sleep past 8 and I generally spend at least an hour sipping coffee and reading before I do anything else.

Deb, I hope that you enjoy your trip to New York. I had to get kind of animated and clap my hands to get Gertie to decide that it was okay to play.

Valerie, still keep trying to get m contacts straightened out. I don't know why it wants to ad back things I delete> It is really annoying. I don't do much with the cloud so I don't think it is dragging stuff from there. Yesterday it popped up a tethering has been disabled. I kept thinking, what tethering? I still don't know what it is talking about because I haven't used anything else to tether it to the internet unless it is referring to when I stream on the television. If that were the case I will be upset with T Mobile. I haven't had time to really try to troubleshoot it.

Lynda, I the live ice workouts pretty much the same as the actual Ice workouts? I am going to get them eventually. Our lighting is installed now. I like it.

Lori, I like the barn door. It looks much simpler than a pocket door. We have had a pocket door in 3 of our homes now. I would think it would be hard because something would have to be done with the two by fours and stuff. Unless it is entirely hollow in that space. I am sure my husband could do it though. We had a funny incident in one house when we had someone doing some wiring for us and he was having a hard time drilling. Everyone thought he must be hitting a two by four so he would move a bit and still trouble. It took awhile for everyone to realize he was hitting the pocket door because it was open. Sort of a feeling silly moment.
Our lighting was pretty easy to install. There was already electrical above the microwave oven in the cabinet so we started there. Even a hole through into the next cupboard already there. My husband ran the wire down inside the cupboard and put the switch on the side of the bottom shelf. It has 3 light levels. then the rest was easy to mount under the cabinets. These are much smaller LED lights than the fluorescent ones we had at our last house. Here is a link http://www.amazon.com/Designer-Seri...&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

Hi everyone--

This morning I did Crush It Sweat Live (35 min.).

Lori, thanks for the heads up on the Circuit Sweat workout. Another cardio that I can't use I guess. That is my major issue with Live--a lot of weight workouts that look good, some circuit workouts that don't involve a lot of jumping, but not enough low impact cardio for me. It sounds like you will have a great family weekend. Do you think Bob will retire?

Diane Sue, if you want to start the week's thread on Sunday morning, that's fine with me. I really don't go to my computer until the afternoon, and try to do other things in the morning--read, sew, knit, shopping and errands, housemax. The Live Ice workouts have familiar moves from the dvds, but they are definitely a different mix and sequencing.

Enjoy the weekend everyone! Especially Deb in the big apple!

Today I did Ripped with Hiit Low Impact 1 both workouts premix 2 and abs #1, 61 minutes, 416 calories. My granddaughter did not have school so is hanging with us till I take her to work at 3. We went to the store and I got stuff for the Performance Paleo Awesome sauce. I forgot cauliflower though. I ended up eating the meat on a bed of supergreens with the toppings and awesome sauce.

Lynda, most days I do not get on the computer till I have done some tasks and am ready for a workout but, on Sunday I generally do not do a workout and a lot of the time I read the check ins through before I do other reading. I just figured I could go ahead and start it then.

Lori, thanks for the description of Circuit Sweat. I had thought about doing it tomorrow. I generally get out my rebounder for some of the jacks or limit them to straight jumps which do not bother the knees as much as jacks. I can take them once in awhile but not lots of them.

Hi Ladies,

This week went by to fast! Last Sunday we did a 52 mile ride that had 3 big hills and lot of stop signs and lights. My 103 mile ride was easier that the 52 and my lower back was hurting by the end. It took me until yesterday to start feeling better. I have been using the foam roller to get all the kinks out. I did go to spin class on Tuesday and Karina came over and stretched me, I skipped the spin class on Wednesday and Bodypump on Thursday, but did manage to workout with Karina and felt better. Today I went to spin class and felt fine.

Took mom to lunch on Wednesday to celebrate her 78th birthday. It was nice to see a couple of my brothers too and catch up.

Deb, have a great time in NY!

Lori, I agree with Lynda. You are amazing! I know your DH is enjoying his time off and the longer he waits to get another job the harder it will be to go back :(

Valerie, I resent the picture to your e-mail. Let me know if you got it.

Hi to Judy and Diane Sue!
