Today I did KCM's Split Sessions- upper body. Haven't done this one is a while, forgot that I liked it a lot.
Valerie, it's good to be cautious and stick to upper body workouts for a while. I don't even think you should do the elliptical, it still involves the legs, especially calves.
what is everyone up to today? Lots of HouseMax for me....took too much time off yesterday for fun things, now all the stuff on my list is still there to be done.
