Traildoggie
Cathlete
Deb, I'd love to have those. I don't have Excel though, so if it's Excel format I can't get them to open. If you didn't keep my email I'll put in in a PM. TIA. sounds like the doggies are settled down to a later wake up time.
I got sore from the wood chopping. glad I did AT early yesterday before DOMs set in. Nothing too bad. funny places though. high up on my abs/ rib area, biceps on right arm, lower back. It was a really big tree with rounds about 18 inches by 3-4 feet across. Takes 2 people to get them on edge and roll them to the road where we split them. We're splitting and stacking it next to the road so when it dries by next fall, we can use the truck to bring it back uphill.... way uphill... to the woodshed. we end up moving each piece several times but at least don't have to do the uphill part. trucks are good for that.
Not sure what I'll do today. maybe LBB and the bicycle? I had some new workout pants on yesterday and DH was surprised by how my hip/butt area has shaped up. I don't think I've lost weight but have tightened up.
I guess I'll go off on a rant here. where do you find workout clothes, pants especially? Low rise pants make me crazy. won't stay up. If I get a pant small enough on top to stay up, I can't get it up my legs. if I get it up my legs, the "waist" is gigantic and falls down. falls right off. I bought some capri pants at Road Runner Sports that fit pretty well. a large comes up high enough...close to waist high.... has a drawstring waist so I can snug that part in. Can any of you make suggestions about where to get good workout wear?
these capris are nice. they fit closely on the leg and don't get in the way especially with the bike. I think flares are more flattering but these are nice for a change.
