Hi everyone--
This morning I did KCM's Cardio Quick Fix, both workouts (44:39).
No problem with my root canal. No residual pain. I really liked the female endodontist and her assistant. She was very good IMO. No pain, little discomfort, and just lingering soreness, tendersness.
I agree, Deb, shopping therapy was great for me. Takes your mind off of the empty stomach. What is also great about that photo is the frame--a gorgeous antique frame. Max just loves to find a perch to survey HIS farm, and that's what he is doing here with his faraway look.
Lori, that is a beautiful idea for your DH's Christmas present. I will have to look up Robert H. York. The last book I read about WW2 was Kate Atkinson's novel A GOD IN RUINS. It's really more British and the RAF bombings. Beautiful book and I loved the major character.
Valerie, if you want to get that earworm out, try "Hello" or "Someone Like You" by Adele. SNL did a Thanksgiving routine where the adults kept getting into nasty political arguments, and one of the children, maybe 11 or 12 yrs old, would put on "Hello," and the argument would stop. I love Adele's new album. I used to weep in the car listening to "Someone Like You," and if I was stopped next to someone, they probably thought I was in terminal grief. Just indulging in a few tears--very cathartic.
Gosh, Judy, I think even inverting the title into "Spinervals Seriously!" would have a bit more pizzazz.
