I probably won't get to a store until next Tuesday which will likely be too late for the DA issue of Entertainment weekly. I stop at Rite aid on Tuesdays after yoga. magazine is probably there and I never noticed it before though my grocery is a big store and they didn't have it. Hopefully this is not a regional publication.
We finished our wood splitting project yesterday, about 90 minutes of splitting and stacking. Done! Later I did 35 on treadmill and core 1 plus 40 knee pushups. I've decided to do pushups every day that I don't do a specific upper body workout. the wood splitting was definitely upper body and core but it's different from standard exercises.
I always struggled swimming. I don't float, my legs sink. swimming forward... I'm angled down in the water. very inefficient. I doubt I'd make it for miles required in a tri event. I wouldn't drown but my time would be ridiculously slow.... Judy, I think the swim is most common obstacle for people wanting to do a tri.
Lori I too like a sheet to record weight & any modification so I don't make the same mistakes over if I haven't done the workout in a while.
ETA...
Did Flextrain again later today. that is one nasty tricep sequence. I am sitting out the first set of dips but did everything else. I always have trouble with burpees..... I can do the pushups but am not coordinated enough to slide my feet sideways. can do the in and out part. so weird... the things that are difficult are never what you expect. .
