Hi Deb, Josie, Valerie, Lori, and Judy--
This morning I did low impact hiit 2 with core 1 (39:46).
Valerie, the spa has many single rooms in a hotel I think, but also 9 separate little villas for groups. This particular week coming up is $2250 per person, but we had 250 dollars knocked off because one of us had already been there and was a referral, so it's $2000 per person, which includes all meals and signups for myriad events--all kinds of exercise classes, hikes of every kind (bird hikes, a breakfast hike to their garden which is really big, mountain hikes), meditation, feldenkrais, stretch, circuit, lectures too--just tons of stuff. The spa treatments are additional, but reasonably priced I think. But you really would not have to sign up for any spa treatments at all because there is so much that is just part of the week's package. You should explore the site. There are shorter packages as well. Hit on their rates and then their specials. Take a look at the week's calendar.
Deb, I think you mentioned that injury before. It must have been terrible. Nothing worse than back pain. I did the Pyramids every week for about 6 mos. but I don't think they were very heavy weights on the upper body, and you didn't have to hurry into pushups, triceps dips or kickbacks after doing 3 sets of another exercise.
Lori, it's so great that you can work out with your DH and he now knows how tough you are.
I will be off tomorrow. I will let you know what it's like when I return--if not before.
