Today I did P30 30/30 Low Impact Hiit, and LIS Barre. That barre is honestly brutal. LOL
Valerie my Mom has had an extreme phobia of any type of doctor since she was pre school age. She'd escape exam rooms. My Grandma once told Grandpa that he could take her to the dentist because she was tired of dealing with it. He of course is all no problem, till he had to snag her as she came flying out of the exam room, and heading for the exit door. Then last summer when the ER had her 2 days in a bed at completely the wrong angle and messed up her back, made it worse, and add in the Alzheimers and she's a wreck for things. At least they didn't kick her out. She has been kicked out of practices, one of which was Dad's doctor and not hers. She's a real trip.
All the practices I deal with now are really good about their scheduling and I rarely weight more than 10 minutes over and often on time or early. Years ago when I was pregnant with Nick, DH was at an appointment with me and the doctors were loved by their patients and constantly had new people wanting into the practice so they took on too many. Back then MD's were still doing births. We had waited at least an hour and a half and DH was having chest pains. When we finally saw the doctor I said forget about me I'm doing fine, but check him out (also a patient). Turned out to be an esophagus problem, but the wait times there were insane.
