Pentagenarians & Beyond: November 2, 2025

Yesterday I did a 45-minute Peloton ride and 10 minutes of Arms & Light Weights. Today is a rest day. I’m get caught up on things at home and will probably do a some light mobility work tonight.

Carolyn-Great job with KCM’s Power Splits, workout two, Lower Body.

Janey-Welcome. I am almost 63 and have been doing Cathe workouts since 2013. Before that I had always worked out at gyms and did a lot of long distance running and cycling. You are definitely not a wimp! I have had to back off of high impact work and I am now walking more than running. I also don’t do the longer cardio sessions that I used to do. I'm trying to concentrate more on strength and maintaining muscle mass and bone density.

Cathy-Great job with LMR Cardio and ICE To The Mat. I have the same issue with our cats and making the bed. Chino loves to jump on the mattress while I’m trying to change sheets. He thinks it’s a game.

Valerie-Great job with the treadmill, therapy work and the tri/bi exercises.
 
This morning I did JS HiiT Walk, 30 minutes, 223 calories burned, average heart rate 139, and maximum heart rate 178.

Diane Sue, great job with CDorner HiiT style dance cardio, and Jessica Valant Pilates.

Cathy, nice job with LMR cardio and ICE to the Mat.

Valerie, nice job doing 35 minutes on the treadmill.

Janey, my thoughts are the same as the others in this group.
