Pentagenarians & Beyond: July 20, 3025

We did our usual park walk this morning for 1 hr 15 minutes. yesterday I did all therapy work and half of stacked upper body. ive been doing the scrambled mix that goes thru the 3 sections. if I do a few extra reps and throw in the therapy work its enough.

got normal sleep last night. so odd. the doctor and the drug insert made it sound like i had to be cautious about being too drowsy and falling on my face with that medication . I usually fall asleep quickly. i am careful about not drinking coffee after mid morning. that experiment is over.

Today I did JS One Mile of Motivation, 15 minutes, 115 calories, average heart rate 139, and maximum heart rate 156. Then I did STS 2 Mat Yoga.

Judy, nice job with your 50 minute walk-run outside, 15 minute walk, and 30 minute Full Body Strength.

Valerie, I’m sorry that your new medication didn’t work.
