Sorry I have been missing. I had my ladies group game day yesterday and have been busy trying to prepare things before the realtor comes out on Friday. Today I did 3 workouts with Lauren from Senior Shape. I did Strength and Cardio Hybrid workout, 30 minutes, 166 calories, heart rate 120/163, Low Impact Cardio and Strength 25 minutes, 102 calories, heart rate 100/136, and one just called Strength Training from the osteo safe playlist, 24 minutes,122 calories, 112 calories, heart rate 112/146. Total time was 79 minutes, 390 calories. We are planning on downsizing so lots of stuff is going in the trash. Particularly stuff that has spent years carted around and never used. I hope I get the new Cathe workouts before we sell the house.
