Pentagenarians & Beyond: 12/15/2024

Today I did a 45-minute Peloton walk, 10 minutes of core work and 30 minutes of PT work.

Cathy-Great job with STS Disk 34 Chest and Back.

Valerie-Great job with your 20 min spin, Stacked Upper Body and your park walk.

Carolyn- I hope you had a nice rest day. That's good that your daughter arrived home for the holidays.

Today I did LMR Functional Total Body skipping and modifying a few moves. This was 55 minutes, 174 calories. I followed it with the LMR Anytime Mobility, 16 minutes, 30 calories, and back pod and PT moves.
