Good morning,
Today I did Disk 23 from STS Meso 2, Legs. Wow, my legs are still tingling. This is a great workout. I only subbed for the low plane lunges, I used my leg extention attachment and did those instead. I am still not sure about those paper plate slides. I don't even get half as far down as Cathe and the crew do for some reason, and I know that my knee is going over my toe, the big "no-no" when doing any type of lunges.
Beautiful and sunny here today, although still cold. I like seeing the sun,
A question for anyone: have you ever used those Aqua Globes for watering plants? I have 3 of them in hanging plants, and cannot seem to figure out if they are working.
