This is a question regarding the technique for these 2 exercises. I'm new to doing your "core" work and am nowhere near your ab strength-not even in the same solar system!!! This may be a stupid question but I'm looking for the correct form to do these 2 exercises. I believe I'm using my back too much, "jamming" it into the ground, because your lower back is supposed to be "pressed" to the ground. I don't know if it's the weakness of my lower abs or improper movement or what? Any tips? Thank you.
