I also do some of my leg 1RMs. I hadn't done them before and decided that I needed to. I like to have my weight predetermined for me before the WO so I'm not scrambling.

I did legs yesterday, disc 6 and I am slightly sore. I think my body is adjusting to the tough legs workouts. I decided instead of doing week 4 this week, I am going to repeat weeks 2 and 3 then move to 4. I decided to make it a 6 month rotation. This should take me right about to the RT- where I can show off my new body.
Becky- isn't the Wii Fit fun. I really enjoy it but for cathe doer's it is definitely just physical activity. But it does get ya moving!!

I just finished CC #6 with Candace. I forget how much I love that one. Have only done it a couple of times but it gets me !!!!!
