Guten Morgen, Peepers!
I've got another pot of coffee on for us, as well as a big sunny smile and positive attitude for my fellow Peeps who are struggling today!!!

It is BEAUTIFUL here in the Big D this morning, sunny and 55. Will be 74 today. And some of the trees are starting to turn colors!!! I LOVE mornings at this time of year!!!
This morning I was up and at it by 5:30AM. Did 4DS LIS Step and Stretch Max with the resistance band. It was a good workout day--no mental mistakes and I did the workout perfectly!! Whoo!
Last night I prepped tonight's dinner so I wouldn't have to slave. I roasted butternut squash in the oven and scooped it out, then I will cook it on the stove tonight with olive oil, fresh sage, rosemary, thyme, parsley and red pepper flakes. Then I'll serve it over whole wheat spaghetti and top with part-skim ricotta cheese. YUM! One of my favorite fall dishes when the nights get cool.
Now I'm at working (er, should be working!), eating a bowl of Kashi Go Lean French Vanilla cereal with dried cranberries and walnuts added, and sipping a double cup of the office tar with Hazelnut coffee-mate.
Ellie--Remember your uplifting pep talk this weekend to us? About being committed NOW? Well now is *today.* Pencil in your workout for some point and stick with it. Even if you do an easy one (I always whip out Basic Step or do the step parts of Body Fusion when I feel blah) and at least you will have moved and stuck with the plan. OK, Pep Talk over!
JJ--Turkish moves? Sounds very serious!!
Robin & Catherine--You ladies enjoy your day and your workouts later.
Alright, off to organize 40 people into car pools. Not an easy task but must be done!!
